【摘要】：國家十二五規(guī)劃提出，國家經(jīng)濟(jì)要想持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的增長，就應(yīng)該把調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式當(dāng)成首要任務(wù)對待。當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展體現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)越來越合理化的過程，而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化是體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)從某個(gè)向另外的某個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)跨越的過程，也可以稱作主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的變遷。因此，一個(gè)區(qū)域中能否找準(zhǔn)地區(qū)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)是哪幾個(gè)就變得至關(guān)重要了。 沈陽市從改革開放到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)高速發(fā)展了30多年，成績斐然，但是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中卻存在一些問題，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部暴露出越來越多的矛盾，自然資源和環(huán)境問題還是顯現(xiàn)。沈陽市作為東北地區(qū)的核心城市，在振興東北老工業(yè)基地的過程中發(fā)揮著重要示范效應(yīng)和引導(dǎo)作用。本文從沈陽市三次產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，通過相關(guān)理論的梳理，試圖找出沈陽市的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，為以后政府決策過程中提供借鑒。主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇問題國內(nèi)學(xué)者研究不少，但是針對沈陽市主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇還沒有相應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)給出定論，本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合沈陽市的當(dāng)?shù)鼐唧w現(xiàn)狀，客觀的選擇出沈陽市主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在閱讀大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，從主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要作用入手，對主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)研究歷程作了簡要的歸納，梳理出一套系統(tǒng)的選擇主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的方法；然后分析了沈陽市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變歷史，，最后在借鑒國內(nèi)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上，建立沈陽市主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇指標(biāo)體系，選擇出評(píng)價(jià)沈陽主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究方法。 本文針對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的不同特點(diǎn)，對沈陽市分別進(jìn)行了分析，數(shù)據(jù)主要來源于統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒。第一產(chǎn)業(yè)得出畜牧業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)是相對優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)論；第二產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇專用設(shè)備制造業(yè)、通用設(shè)備制造業(yè)、電氣機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)備制造業(yè)、農(nóng)副食品加工業(yè)、金屬制品業(yè)和非金屬礦物制品業(yè)五個(gè)優(yōu)勢行業(yè)作為沈陽市第二產(chǎn)業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇選擇批發(fā)和零售業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、金融業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)、住宿和餐飲業(yè)這五個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:According to the 12th Five-Year Plan, if the national economy wants to grow steadily, it should take the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of economic development mode as the most important task. Nowadays, the development of world economy is embodied in the process of rationalization of industrial structure, and the rationalization of industrial structure is reflected in the process of industry leapfrogging from one industry to another, which can also be called the change of leading industry. As a result, whether a region can find the right area is the leading industry which has become crucial. Shenyang has developed at a high speed for more than 30 years from the reform and opening up to now. However, there are some problems in the process of industrial structure adjustment, and more and more contradictions are exposed within the industrial structure, and the problems of natural resources and environment still appear. Shenyang, as the core city in Northeast China, plays an important role in demonstration and guidance in the process of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China. Based on the present development situation of three industries in Shenyang, this paper tries to find out the leading industry of Shenyang by combing the relevant theories, which can be used for reference in the process of government decision in the future. There are many researches on the choice of leading industry in China, but there is no final conclusion on the choice of leading industry in Shenyang. This paper combines the local specific situation of Shenyang with the summary of domestic and foreign scholars' research. The objective choice of Shenyang leading industry has certain practical significance. On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign related research documents, this paper starts with the important role of leading industry, summarizes the research process of leading industry, and combs out a set of systematic methods of choosing leading industry. Then it analyzes the present situation of Shenyang's industrial structure and the history of its evolution. Finally, on the basis of the empirical research on the choice of domestic leading industries, it establishes the index system of Shenyang's leading industry selection. Select the evaluation of Shenyang leading industry research methods. According to the different characteristics of the three industries, this paper analyzes the Shenyang city, and the data mainly come from the statistical yearbook. The conclusions of the first industry are that animal husbandry and agriculture are relatively superior industries; the second industry chooses the special equipment manufacturing industry, the general equipment manufacturing industry, the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, the transportation equipment manufacturing industry, the agricultural and auxiliary food processing industry, The metal products industry and the non-metallic mineral products industry are the leading secondary industries in Shenyang. The tertiary industry chooses wholesale and retail trade, real estate industry, financial industry, transportation, storage and post office industry. Accommodation and catering industry these five industries as the leading industry.
