【摘要】：隨著新興市場(chǎng)國(guó)家的興起,發(fā)展中國(guó)家OFDI日益成為國(guó)際投資的重要組成部分。中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)OFDI不僅可以加快本國(guó)技術(shù)革新的步伐,而且對(duì)于兩國(guó)間貿(mào)易摩擦的化解具有重大作用�；诖�,筆者首先借助歷年數(shù)據(jù)將中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)OFDI進(jìn)行了階段性劃分,并提煉出了相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)性特征;接著對(duì)影響中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)OFDI的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,得出政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、研發(fā)支出、出口水平和匯率水平與中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)的OFDI之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系,并據(jù)此從宏觀與微觀兩個(gè)角度提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of emerging market countries, OFDI in developing countries has become an important part of international investment. China's OFDI can not only accelerate the pace of technological innovation, but also play an important role in resolving the trade friction between the two countries. Based on this, the author classifies the OFDI of the United States by stages with the help of past years' data, and extracts the corresponding structural characteristics, and then carries on the empirical analysis to the related factors that influence China to the United States OFDI, obtains the political risk, There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between market size, R & D expenditure, export level and exchange rate level and China's OFDI to the United States.
