【摘要】：隨著中國企業(yè)對外直接投資規(guī)模的不斷增長和國際影響力的不斷提升,投資穩(wěn)定性和區(qū)位選擇中的東道國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響也備受關(guān)注。以此為背景研究東道國文化距離對中國企業(yè)對外直接投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)選擇的影響,在度量東道國文化距離和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)東道國與中國文化距離較小時(shí),東道國較高經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能促進(jìn)中國企業(yè)對外直接投資;當(dāng)東道國與中國文化距離較大時(shí),東道國較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會阻礙中國企業(yè)對外直接投資。因而,中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好不是絕對的,而是依賴于外部東道國文化距離條件。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of foreign direct investment scale of Chinese enterprises and the increasing of international influence, the influence of host country risk in investment stability and location choice has been paid more and more attention. On the basis of measuring the cultural distance and risk of the host country, it is found that when the distance between the host country and the Chinese culture is small, the influence of the cultural distance of the host country on the foreign direct investment risk selection of Chinese enterprises is studied. The higher economic and political risk of host country can promote Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment, and when the distance between host country and Chinese culture is large, the higher economic and political risk of host country will hinder Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment. Therefore, the risk preference of OFDI of Chinese enterprises is not absolute, but depends on the cultural distance condition of external host country.
