【摘要】：本文基于相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)了危機(jī)后各國(guó)政策實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀,實(shí)踐證明目前傳統(tǒng)與非傳統(tǒng)政策的實(shí)施都不十分有效。梳理了目前經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期停滯的現(xiàn)狀及成因,技術(shù)進(jìn)步率下降,勞動(dòng)人口比重下降、投資需求不足和收入分配差距過(guò)大的因素影響了經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)。許多文獻(xiàn)表明當(dāng)前的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與政策實(shí)踐方面都需要做出改進(jìn)。理論上,動(dòng)態(tài)隨機(jī)一般均衡模型中需要加入金融因素,以增強(qiáng)對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)的解釋力度。實(shí)踐中,是否要將金融穩(wěn)定納入到貨幣政策目標(biāo)中仍需討論。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant literature, this paper summarizes the current situation of policy implementation in various countries after the crisis, and practice shows that the implementation of traditional and non-traditional policies is not very effective. This paper reviews the current situation and causes of long-term economic stagnation, the decline of technological progress rate, the decline of the proportion of labor force, the shortage of investment demand and the excessive income distribution gap, which affect the long-term economic growth. Many documents show that the current macroeconomic theory and policy practice all need to be improved. In theory, financial factors should be added to the dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model to enhance the explanation of the real macroeconomic fluctuations. In practice, whether to integrate financial stability into monetary policy objectives remains to be discussed.
