【摘要】："一帶一路"沿線大多是發(fā)展中國(guó)家和新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求旺盛,而且存在較大資金缺口。越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家和地區(qū)在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中不再滿足于僅僅向裝備制造商購(gòu)買(mǎi)商品,而是更加傾向于以PPP模式參與到項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)與經(jīng)營(yíng)中,以解決融資問(wèn)題,并促使供應(yīng)商更好地提供相關(guān)產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)。該文研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外裝備制造企業(yè)PPP模式"走出去"相關(guān)案例,提出適合PPP模式"走出去"的裝備制造行業(yè)類型,對(duì)"走出去"面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road, mostly developing countries and emerging economies, is in high demand for infrastructure construction and has a large funding gap. More and more countries and regions in infrastructure construction are no longer satisfied with only buying goods from equipment manufacturers, but more inclined to participate in the construction and operation of projects with PPP model to solve the financing problem. And promote suppliers to better provide related products and services. This paper studies the relevant cases of "going out" in the PPP mode of domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing enterprises, puts forward the type of equipment manufacturing industry suitable for the "going out" mode of PPP, and analyzes the risk of "going out".
