【摘要】：將產(chǎn)業(yè)融合因素引入?yún)^(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)效率評價(jià)體系之中,在揭示產(chǎn)業(yè)融合因素、內(nèi)生投入因素和外生環(huán)境因素對產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)效率影響機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示產(chǎn)業(yè)融合因素對內(nèi)生投入因素和外生環(huán)境因素的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)理;在此基礎(chǔ)上提出研究假設(shè);基于SFA方法和我國30省市產(chǎn)業(yè)融合及研發(fā)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,測度產(chǎn)業(yè)融合因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)內(nèi)生投入因素和外生環(huán)境因素對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)效率的影響強(qiáng)度和影響方向,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)融合因素對內(nèi)生投入因素和外生環(huán)境因素的調(diào)節(jié)作用,進(jìn)而驗(yàn)證機(jī)理分析結(jié)果與研究假設(shè)�；趯�(shí)證研究結(jié)果,揭示我國區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)融合背景下的產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)規(guī)律,并據(jù)此提出"促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展,合理規(guī)劃產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)資源的投入規(guī)模和投入結(jié)構(gòu),提高研發(fā)從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)主體多元化"等提高區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)效率的策略建議。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the factors of industrial convergence into the evaluation system of regional industrial R & D efficiency, and reveals the influence mechanism of industrial convergence factors, endogenous input factors and exogenous environmental factors on the industrial R & D efficiency. To reveal the adjustment mechanism of industrial convergence factors to endogenous input factors and exogenous environmental factors; to put forward the research hypothesis; based on SFA method and related data of industrial integration and R & D of 30 provinces and cities in China to carry out empirical research. The paper measures the factors of industry convergence, the influence intensity and direction of industrial R & D factors on the efficiency of regional R & D, and the adjustment of industrial integration factors to endogenous input factors and exogenous environmental factors, as well as the influence of industrial R & D factors on the efficiency of regional industrial R & D. Furthermore, the mechanism analysis results and research hypotheses are verified. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper reveals the law of industrial R & D under the background of regional industrial convergence in China, and puts forward that "promoting the development of industrial convergence and rationally planning the input scale and structure of industrial R & D resources." Improving the quality of R & D practitioners and realizing the diversification of industrial R & D subjects, and so on, to improve the efficiency of regional industrial R & D.
