【摘要】：越共“十一大”之后,世界形勢發(fā)生巨大變化,世界經濟復蘇速度低于預測速度。為了完成越共“十一大”提出的社會經濟發(fā)展任務和目標,越南開展了加大貿易出口穩(wěn)定匯率等多項靈活的經濟措施�？朔瞬焕膰鴥韧饨洕h(huán)境,有效的遏制通貨膨脹。雖然經濟增長速度低于越共“十大”階段但仍然保持了經濟的穩(wěn)定增長,革新了經濟增長模式,三步走的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略也取得了良好開端,繼續(xù)推動了經濟向現代化和工業(yè)化的方向發(fā)展。對外關系和國際融合日益深入,國際威信繼續(xù)提升。2016年初,越南在首都河內召開了越南共產黨第十二次全國代表大會。十二大政治報告既總結了越共過去五年的全面工作,也對未來的發(fā)展指明了方向。全面系統(tǒng)的分析越共“十一大”以來越南經濟革新的指導方向和采取的具體措施,有助于我們進一步了解越南的社會主義道路。同時掌握越南經濟發(fā)展的特點和未來發(fā)展方向,對進一步推進中越關系發(fā)展有重要意義。
[Abstract]:After the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the world situation changed greatly, and the speed of world economic recovery was lower than the forecast speed. In order to fulfill the task and target of social and economic development put forward by the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnam has carried out a number of flexible economic measures such as increasing trade exports and stabilizing the exchange rate. Overcame the unfavorable domestic and foreign economic environment, effectively contained the inflation. Although the economic growth rate is lower than the "ten stages" of the CPV, it has maintained steady economic growth, innovated the economic growth model, and made a good start in the three-step development strategy. Continued to promote economic modernization and industrialization in the direction of development. Foreign relations and international integration are deepening and international prestige continues to rise. In early 2016, Vietnam held the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam in Hanoi, the capital. The political report not only summarizes the overall work of the CPV in the past five years, but also points the way for future development. A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the guiding direction and concrete measures of Vietnam's economic innovation since the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is helpful for us to further understand the socialist road of Vietnam. At the same time, it is of great significance to further promote the development of Sino-Vietnamese relations by mastering the characteristics of Vietnam's economic development and its future development direction.
