【摘要】：從耗散結(jié)構(gòu)和輸入熵的動(dòng)力機(jī)制出發(fā),使用15年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用主成分分子方法,分析幾個(gè)螺旋體間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)度,從而找到財(cái)政政策在數(shù)量投入和政策的傾斜上對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生影響的臨界值,為進(jìn)一步縮小與高收入的國家科技創(chuàng)新投入分指數(shù),提高科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的分指數(shù),建立促進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新的財(cái)政政策戰(zhàn)略奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the dissipative structure and the dynamic mechanism of the input entropy, using the 15 year time series data and the principal component molecular method, the internal correlation degree among several spirochetes is analyzed. Thus, we can find the critical value of fiscal policy's influence on science and technology innovation in terms of quantity input and policy inclination. In order to further reduce the index of national science and technology innovation input with high income, and improve the sub-index of science and technology innovation output, To establish a fiscal policy strategy to promote scientific and technological innovation.
