【摘要】：利用外商直接投資是我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放基本國(guó)策的重要內(nèi)容，自1978年開(kāi)始至今，外商直接投資在我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起到了重要的作用。研究表明，外商直接投資會(huì)通過(guò)各種途徑對(duì)一國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和升級(jí)產(chǎn)生影響。而金融危機(jī)后利用外資的環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大變化，也引起了一些新的現(xiàn)象。基于此，本文以經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境變化為切入點(diǎn)，展開(kāi)FDI對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響研究。 本文首先從國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)角度分別深入的分析了利用外商直接投資的新形勢(shì)，在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上拓展了外資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響的機(jī)制研究，認(rèn)為除了傳統(tǒng)的資本、技術(shù)、人力途徑外，外商直接投資還可以借助國(guó)內(nèi)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)變化和國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的新路徑來(lái)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化、高級(jí)化。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，本文以第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占當(dāng)年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比重作為衡量產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的指標(biāo)，采用協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)法，分析外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用。為了進(jìn)一步突出金融危機(jī)的影響，實(shí)證研究部分以2008年為時(shí)點(diǎn)，分別兩階段進(jìn)行測(cè)度。通過(guò)實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，外商直接投資對(duì)于三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整具有促進(jìn)作用，在金融危機(jī)后這一作用有加強(qiáng)趨勢(shì)；外資對(duì)于第二產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部的高級(jí)化也有很大的促進(jìn)作用。最后，基于以上研究結(jié)果，為進(jìn)一步利用外資促進(jìn)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The utilization of foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important part of China's basic national policy of opening to the outside world. Since 1978, FDI has played an important role in the economic development of our country. The research shows that FDI will influence the adjustment and upgrading of a country's industrial structure through various ways. After the financial crisis, the environment of utilizing foreign capital has changed greatly, which has also caused some new phenomena. Based on this, this paper starts with the change of economic environment and studies the influence of FDI on China's industrial structure adjustment. At first, this paper analyzes the new situation of utilizing foreign direct investment from the international and domestic perspectives, and expands the research on the mechanism of the influence of foreign capital on the industrial structure on the basis of the previous research results. In addition to the traditional capital, technology, Besides human resources, foreign direct investment (FDI) can also promote the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure by means of the changes of domestic comparative advantages and the new path of international industrial transfer. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper takes the proportion of the added value of the tertiary industry as the index to measure the industrial structure, and analyzes the influence of foreign direct investment on the industrial structure of our country by using the co-integration test method. In order to further highlight the impact of the financial crisis, the empirical study of 2008 as a time point, two stages of measurement. Through empirical research, it is found that foreign direct investment (FDI) can promote the adjustment of the tertiary industrial structure, which has a tendency to strengthen after the financial crisis, and foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a significant role in promoting the internal upgrading of the secondary industry. Finally, based on the above research results, the countermeasures and suggestions for further utilizing foreign capital to promote the optimization of China's industrial structure are put forward.
