【摘要】：金融傾斜描述的是一個(gè)地區(qū)間接融資和直接融資的發(fā)展在規(guī)模和速度上的不平衡的狀況。從以往的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論來(lái)看，金融對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)有著非常顯著地促進(jìn)作用。本文旨在研究新疆金融傾斜的特征，并且分析其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用，最后提出政策建議以更好的促進(jìn)新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。 首先，本文采用比較分析法，從直接融資、間接融資和金融傾斜度三個(gè)角度分別對(duì)新疆金融傾斜特征進(jìn)行描述。同時(shí)對(duì)比西部地區(qū)同期的數(shù)據(jù)，分析新疆地區(qū)金融傾斜特征現(xiàn)狀。其次采用實(shí)證分析法，通過(guò)eviews對(duì)新疆地區(qū)的金融傾斜和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。為了保證模型的有效性，本文將制度因素和技術(shù)因素作為外生變量加入模型當(dāng)中。通過(guò)實(shí)證分析，，發(fā)現(xiàn)“銀行主導(dǎo)型”金融傾斜與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在著長(zhǎng)期的協(xié)整關(guān)系，并且金融傾斜對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用是顯著的。這種長(zhǎng)期的關(guān)系即使在短期受到?jīng)_擊而偏離均衡狀態(tài)，也能夠以較快的速度調(diào)整回均衡狀態(tài)。但是，從短期來(lái)看，直接融資對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有正向的促進(jìn)作用，也就是短期來(lái)看“金融傾斜逆轉(zhuǎn)”對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有促進(jìn)作用。 遵循以上思路，本文共分五個(gè)部分。第一部分介紹研究背景、研究現(xiàn)狀及研究方法。第二部分對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論和金融傾斜理論做一個(gè)梳理，主要介紹經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論、金融傾斜理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與金融傾斜關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制。第三章對(duì)新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和金融傾斜特征進(jìn)行分析。第四章通過(guò)實(shí)證分析，研究新疆金融傾斜對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。第五章基于上述分析，對(duì)加強(qiáng)新疆金融傾斜對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)作用提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Financial preference describes the imbalance in the scale and speed of the development of indirect and direct financing in a region. From the previous research experience and theory, finance has a very significant role in promoting the economy. The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of Xinjiang's financial inclination, analyze its effect on economic growth, and finally put forward some policy suggestions to promote Xinjiang's economic growth. Firstly, this paper uses comparative analysis method to describe the characteristics of Xinjiang financial tilt from three angles of direct financing, indirect financing and financial inclination. At the same time, by comparing the data of the same period in the western region, the paper analyzes the current situation of financial tilt in Xinjiang. Secondly, we use the empirical analysis method to analyze the data of financial tilt and economic growth in Xinjiang by eviews. In order to ensure the validity of the model, institutional factors and technical factors are added to the model as exogenous variables. Through the empirical analysis, it is found that there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the "bank-oriented" financial inclination and economic growth, and the effect of financial tilt on economic growth is significant. Even if the long-term relationship deviates from the equilibrium state in the short term, it can be adjusted back to the equilibrium state at a faster speed. However, in the short term, direct financing has a positive effect on economic growth, that is, in the short term, "financial tilt reversal" has a positive effect on economic growth. Following the above ideas, this paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background, research status and research methods. The second part introduces the theory of economic growth and the theory of financial tilt, mainly introduces the theory of economic growth, the theory of financial tilt and the mechanism of economic growth and financial inclination. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang's economic development and the characteristics of financial inclination. Chapter four studies the impact of Xinjiang financial tilt on economic growth through empirical analysis. The fifth chapter, based on the above analysis, puts forward some policy suggestions to strengthen Xinjiang's financial inclination to promote economic growth.
