【摘要】：本文基于創(chuàng)新新園區(qū)建設(shè)理念和蘇南國(guó)家自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)建設(shè)背景和要求,從創(chuàng)新型特色園區(qū)建設(shè)要素與框架入手,構(gòu)建園區(qū)建設(shè)模式。從園區(qū)創(chuàng)新成果轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)制、企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的的支持機(jī)制、科技金融運(yùn)行機(jī)制、協(xié)同發(fā)展機(jī)制等四個(gè)方面,探索武進(jìn)高新區(qū)創(chuàng)新型特色園區(qū)建設(shè)的推進(jìn)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Based on the idea of innovating new park construction and the background and requirements of the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zone in southern Jiangsu, this paper starts with the elements and framework of the construction of innovative characteristic park, and constructs the construction mode of the park. From four aspects: transformation mechanism of innovation achievement, supporting mechanism of enterprise growth, mechanism of operation of science and technology finance and mechanism of cooperative development, this paper explores the promotion mechanism of the construction of innovative and characteristic park in Wujin Hi-tech Zone.
