【摘要】：本文通過對特朗普與里根兩位美國總統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟政策的理論基礎、政策實施的緊迫性和針對性以及政策實施的空間和效果等方面做詳細比較,以此來分析和預判特朗普執(zhí)政下的美國經(jīng)濟可能的演變趨勢。文章認為盡管特朗普總統(tǒng)提出了"讓美國重新偉大"的口號,但由于其經(jīng)濟政策的理論基礎薄弱、針對性不強且邏輯混亂,同時經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的迥異也制約了其政策的實施空間,從而判斷其執(zhí)政成就很難超越里根時代。就目前特朗普總統(tǒng)所顯示出來的個人執(zhí)政風格而言,其很可能會是美國歷史上一位非常有特點的總統(tǒng),但離"偉大"可能還有相當?shù)木嚯x。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a detailed comparison of the theoretical basis of the economic policies of the two US presidents Trump and Reagan, the urgency and pertinence of the policy implementation, and the space and effect of the policy implementation. This is to analyze and predict the possible evolution of the American economy under Trump's administration. The article argues that despite President Trump's slogan of "make America Great again," its economic policy is weak, ill-targeted and illogical, and its space for policy implementation is constrained by the wide variety of economic circumstances. It is difficult to judge his achievements beyond the Reagan era. President Trump's current personal style of governance is likely to be a very distinctive president in American history, but it may still be a long way from "greatness."
