【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)束高速增長(zhǎng),中國(guó)欲順利完成"十三五"規(guī)劃中徹底消除極端貧困的目標(biāo)困難極大。中國(guó)提出未來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)要堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享五大發(fā)展理念。準(zhǔn)確把握這五大理念,并完整地貫徹落實(shí)到精準(zhǔn)扶貧的具體實(shí)踐中,將使我國(guó)進(jìn)入決戰(zhàn)極端貧困的新境界。不管是世界銀行等國(guó)際組織、美國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是孟加拉等發(fā)展中國(guó)家,都曾經(jīng)或正在就類似問題展開探索,并積累了許多成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。借鑒國(guó)外成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)于中國(guó)打贏新發(fā)展理念下的脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)大有裨益。
[Abstract]:As China's economy ends its high-speed growth, it is extremely difficult for China to successfully complete the 13th Five-Year Plan's goal of eradicating extreme poverty. China puts forward the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing in future economic growth. To grasp these five concepts accurately and to carry out them completely in the concrete practice of accurate poverty alleviation will make our country enter a new state of extreme poverty. Both international organizations such as the World Bank, developed countries such as the United States and developing countries, such as Bangladesh, have explored or are exploring similar issues and have accumulated many successful experiences. Drawing on the successful experience of foreign countries, it is of great benefit for China to win the new development concept of the fight against poverty.
