【摘要】：首先建立區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)體系對2006~2013年我國30個(gè)省份的創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了評價(jià),隨后采用探索性空間數(shù)據(jù)分析把30個(gè)省市按創(chuàng)新能力的空間相關(guān)性分為4組,并運(yùn)用空間計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析方法對我國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的收斂性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:2006~2013年我國絕大部分省份的創(chuàng)新能力都經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)上升的過程,但不同類別區(qū)域之間創(chuàng)新能力的差距越來越大;考慮空間效應(yīng)影響的俱樂部劃分方法使得組內(nèi)創(chuàng)新能力差異小而組間差異大,較傳統(tǒng)的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力俱樂部劃分更為合理;我國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力不存在整體上的β收斂,但存在著創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)的省份集群和創(chuàng)新能力弱的省份集群兩大俱樂部收斂現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the regional innovation ability index system was established to evaluate the innovation ability of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2013, and then the 30 provinces and cities were divided into 4 groups according to the spatial correlation of innovation ability by exploratory spatial data analysis. The convergence of regional innovation ability in China is tested by means of spatial econometric analysis. The results show that the innovation ability of most provinces in China has gone through a process of rising from 2006 to 2013, but the gap between different regions is increasing. The method of club division considering the influence of spatial effect makes the difference of innovation ability in group small and great, which is more reasonable than that of traditional regional innovation ability club, and there is no 尾 convergence of regional innovation ability in our country as a whole. However, there are two major clubs convergence phenomena, which are strong innovation ability and weak innovation ability.
