【摘要】：在全球化的推動下,互聯(lián)互通的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局成為一種趨勢。然而,2008年的金融危機(jī),導(dǎo)致“逆全球化”思潮興起,國際性區(qū)域“合作體”受到各方的“質(zhì)疑”,特別是英國的脫歐、卡達(dá)爾的出局等現(xiàn)象,對現(xiàn)有的國際區(qū)域合作模式發(fā)起了挑戰(zhàn)。如何選擇國際區(qū)域合作模式?國際區(qū)域合作可持續(xù)發(fā)展的機(jī)制和規(guī)律是什么?歐洲合作經(jīng)濟(jì)體曾是備受推崇的一種國際區(qū)域合作模式,也曾被認(rèn)為是一種可以效仿的合作模式,歐盟的發(fā)展歷程卻為我們提出了一個(gè)問題,區(qū)域性合作體也存在生命周期,也存在成長與衰落的過程。這個(gè)問題也引起了學(xué)者特別是各國政府的高度關(guān)注。本文在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒生命周期理論、演化理論、國際合作理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基本理論,對國際區(qū)域合作體進(jìn)行界定,利用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型確定影響國際區(qū)域合作體生命周期階段演進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵因素,并對其進(jìn)行定量、定性表達(dá);在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討國際區(qū)域合作體生命周期階段演進(jìn)的階躍條件,力求揭示合作體構(gòu)建、演化的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。在實(shí)證過程中,以歐盟合作體的發(fā)展歷程為典型代表,分析影響國際區(qū)域合作體生命周期階段演進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵變量,探討了合作體生命周期階段的演化過程以及階躍條件,并針對國際區(qū)域合作體生命周期階段演進(jìn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出具體可行的對策與建議,從而促進(jìn)合作體生命周期階段的演進(jìn),維持合作體的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Driven by globalization, the interconnected world economic pattern has become a trend.However, the financial crisis of 2008 led to the rise of the "anti-globalization" trend of thought, and the international regional "cooperation" was "questioned" by all parties, especially the Brexit of the United Kingdom and the exit of Kadar.Challenges to existing models of international regional cooperation have been launched.How to choose the model of international regional cooperation?What are the mechanisms and rules of sustainable development for international regional cooperation?European cooperative economies were once highly regarded as a model of international regional cooperation, and were also considered to be a model of cooperation that can be emulated. However, the development of the European Union has raised a question for us, and regional cooperation also has a life cycle.There is also a process of growth and decline.This problem has also aroused the high attention of scholars, especially the governments of various countries.Based on the research results in related fields, this paper defines the international regional cooperation based on the life cycle theory, evolution theory, international cooperation theory and the basic theory of economics.Using the explanatory structure model to determine the key factors affecting the evolution of the life cycle stage of international regional cooperation, and to express them quantitatively and qualitatively. On this basis, the step conditions of the evolution of the life cycle stage of international regional cooperation are discussed.The author tries to reveal the internal law of the construction and evolution of the cooperative body.In the process of demonstration, taking the development course of EU cooperation as a typical representative, this paper analyzes the key variables that affect the evolution of the life cycle of international regional cooperation, and probes into the evolution process and step conditions of the life cycle of international regional cooperation.In order to promote the evolution of the life cycle of international regional cooperation and maintain the stable development of the cooperation, the paper puts forward some concrete and feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in the evolution of the life cycle stage of international regional cooperation.
