【摘要】：投資是拉動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長重要因素之一，對經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長起著舉足輕重的作用，，努力吸收外來投資是地方政府振興地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的最重要也是最有長遠(yuǎn)意義的舉措。投資環(huán)境的好壞是一個城市能否吸引投資的原因。正確的評價一個城市的投資環(huán)境，并在此基礎(chǔ)上改善投資環(huán)境是這個城市最終吸引投資的必然選擇。目前，許多大中型城市的政府都已經(jīng)建立了投資環(huán)境評價體系，而作為缺乏資金的河北省來說，卻并沒有建立。本文根據(jù)河北省的實(shí)際情況，運(yùn)用因子分析、聚類分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法，對河北省的投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行了綜合評價，并對河北省的各個城市改善投資環(huán)境的方法提出了合理的建議。政府部門要加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)，為企業(yè)的發(fā)展打造優(yōu)良政務(wù)環(huán)境；努力健全和完善市場制度，為企業(yè)的生存創(chuàng)造良好的市場條件；努力吸引外來優(yōu)秀人才，鼓勵民眾提高自身素質(zhì)；優(yōu)化金融環(huán)境，降低企業(yè)融資難度，為企業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造更好的條件；充分利用并努力克服不利的自然地理?xiàng)l件。
[Abstract]:Investment is one of the important factors to stimulate economic growth and plays an important role in economic growth. It is the most important and the most significant measure for local governments to invigorate the local economy by trying to absorb foreign investment.The quality of the investment environment is the reason why a city can attract investment.Evaluating the investment environment of a city correctly and improving the investment environment on this basis is the inevitable choice for the city to attract investment.At present, many large and medium-sized city governments have established an investment environment evaluation system, but as a lack of funds in Hebei Province, has not been established.According to the actual situation of Hebei Province, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the investment environment of Hebei Province by using the statistical methods such as factor analysis and cluster analysis, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the methods of improving the investment environment in each city of Hebei Province.Government departments should strengthen their own construction, create a good government environment for the development of enterprises, strive to improve and perfect the market system, create good market conditions for the survival of enterprises, strive to attract outstanding talents from outside, and encourage people to improve their own quality.Optimize the financial environment, reduce the difficulty of financing, create better conditions for the development of enterprises, make full use of and try to overcome the unfavorable natural geographical conditions.
