【摘要】：本篇論文研究了烏克蘭是否能夠成為"新絲綢之路"上的樞紐國,分析了北京所能從中得到的收益,旨在從多層次的角度探究烏克蘭針對中國的這一倡議所采取的戰(zhàn)略行為和可能的參與方式,因而采用了經濟學和政治學學科的理論框架,即博弈論、均衡理論和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢理論。本文假定了兩個前提條件:一是北京"一帶一路"倡議能夠成功推進;二是俄羅斯和烏克蘭的軍事沖突將在長期中停止。在微觀的層面上,這篇文章也剖析了途徑烏克蘭與中烏之間的"一帶一路"倡議路線,并且比照了其他現(xiàn)存及潛在的途徑中歐東歐地區(qū)的路線。同時,這篇研究還分析了烏克蘭的投資環(huán)境并發(fā)掘了在中歐和東歐被看好的地區(qū),這些地區(qū)能夠成功落實"一帶一路"倡議所帶來的投資機會且因此受益較多。本文的主旨在于回答烏克蘭成為"絲綢之路"上中樞國家的可能與否。
[Abstract]:This paper studies whether Ukraine can become a pivotal country on the "New Silk Road" and analyzes the benefits that Beijing can derive from it.The purpose of this paper is to probe into the strategic behavior and possible participation mode of Ukraine in response to this initiative in China from a multi-level perspective, thus adopting the theoretical framework of economics and political science, that is, game theory, equilibrium theory and location advantage theory.This paper assumes two preconditions: first, the Beijing "Belt and Road" initiative can be successfully promoted; second, the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine will be stopped in the long term.At the micro level, the article also analyzes the route of the "Belt and Road" initiative between Ukraine and China and compares with other existing and potential routes in Central and Eastern Europe.The study also analyzes Ukraine's investment environment and explores promising regions in central and eastern Europe that have successfully implemented and benefited from the investment opportunities created by Belt and Road's initiative.The main purpose of this paper is to answer the possibility of Ukraine becoming a central state on the Silk Road.
