【摘要】：近些年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的需要,消費開始受到社會各界的重視。文化消費作為消費的重要組成部分,不但具有滿足人的精神文化需求的功能,而且還能對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到推動作用。由于相鄰地區(qū)間存在空間依賴,相鄰地區(qū)間文化消費的外溢效應日益凸顯。但囿于相關數(shù)據(jù)與研究工具,現(xiàn)有文獻關注文化消費空間溢出效應的比較鮮見。本文基于2005—2014年我國31個省份的面板數(shù)據(jù),運用空間計量模型,揭示我國城鎮(zhèn)居民文化消費的空間溢出效應特征,探討其影響因素并提出區(qū)域文化消費協(xié)同等對策,以期為相關政府部門或企業(yè)提供決策參考。研究結(jié)果表明,盡管我國城鎮(zhèn)居民文化消費總量不斷增加,但不同地區(qū)間還存在很大的差距,且全國城鎮(zhèn)居民文化消費具有空間溢出效應,大體呈現(xiàn)正向空間相關性,但部分省份城鎮(zhèn)居民文化消費的空間相關性不強;空間計量模型結(jié)果顯示城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入、城鎮(zhèn)居民消費傾向和城鎮(zhèn)化率對本地區(qū)的文化消費具有提升作用,城鎮(zhèn)居民消費傾向和城鎮(zhèn)化率對周邊地區(qū)的文化消費具有提升作用。綜合本文的理論和實證分析,提出一些建議,包括充分發(fā)揮城鎮(zhèn)居民文化消費空間溢出效應;加快推進文化產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展;多渠道增加城鎮(zhèn)居民收入;積極引導城鎮(zhèn)居民的文化消費;大力推進新型城鎮(zhèn)化進程;加快推進教育公益性回歸;加強文化基礎設施建設等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the needs of economic transformation in China, consumption began to receive attention from all walks of life.As an important part of consumption, cultural consumption not only meets the spiritual and cultural needs of human beings, but also promotes economic development.Because of the spatial dependence between adjacent regions, the spillover effect of cultural consumption between adjacent regions is increasingly prominent.However, due to the relevant data and research tools, the existing literature pays close attention to the spillover effect of cultural consumption space.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2014, this paper uses spatial econometric model to reveal the characteristics of spatial spillover effect of urban residents' cultural consumption, discusses its influencing factors, and puts forward countermeasures such as regional cultural consumption coordination.With a view to relevant government departments or enterprises to provide decision-making reference.The results show that, although the total amount of cultural consumption of urban residents in China is increasing, there is still a big gap between different regions, and the cultural consumption of urban residents in China has spatial spillover effect, which is generally positive spatial correlation.However, the spatial correlation of urban residents' cultural consumption is not strong in some provinces, and the results of spatial econometric model show that the per capita disposable income of urban residents, the propensity of urban residents' consumption and the urbanization rate have an increasing effect on the cultural consumption in the region.The consumption tendency of urban residents and the urbanization rate have promoted the cultural consumption in the surrounding areas.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis of this paper, some suggestions are put forward, including giving full play to the spill-over effect of urban residents' cultural consumption space, speeding up the coordinated development of cultural industry, increasing the income of urban residents through multiple channels;We should actively guide the cultural consumption of urban residents; vigorously promote the process of new urbanization; accelerate the return of public welfare in education; and strengthen the construction of cultural infrastructure.
