【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起和信息高速公路建設(shè)進(jìn)程加快,信息在生產(chǎn)中的地位日益重要。現(xiàn)今,由于計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要渠道,因此,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起到了舉足輕重的作用。2015年,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動計(jì)劃首次在第十二屆全國人大三次會議上的政府工作報(bào)告中出現(xiàn),“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”也成為社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢并成為社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新動力。基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展空前繁榮。本文研究將全國網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源地域分布情況與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展作為研究對象,重點(diǎn)采用文獻(xiàn)分析法和回歸分析法進(jìn)行研究。將IPv4地址數(shù)、域名數(shù)、網(wǎng)站數(shù)和網(wǎng)頁數(shù)作為自變量,分別與地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、RD研究經(jīng)費(fèi)、人均可支配收入和城鎮(zhèn)單位就業(yè)人數(shù)做回歸分析,得出結(jié)論如下:各地區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)均有較好的解釋作用,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源指標(biāo)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展因素指標(biāo)的互動情況中,域名、網(wǎng)站和網(wǎng)頁這三個指標(biāo)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展因素的作用更大。當(dāng)今社會是屬于網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展的信息時代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有極其重要的意義。大力加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源建設(shè)以及優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源配置是信息時代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,更是網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要。因此,本文研究結(jié)果明顯地體現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,從而對網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的建設(shè)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的合理配置提出發(fā)展建議,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)對經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rise of knowledge economy and the acceleration of information highway construction, information plays an increasingly important role in production.Nowadays, due to the continuous progress of computer network technology, the Internet has become the main channel of economic development. Therefore, network information resources play an important role in economic development.The "Internet" action plan appeared for the first time in the government work report at the third session of the Twelfth National people's Congress. "Internet" has also become a new advantage in social and economic development and a new driving force for social and economic development.The development of virtual economy based on Internet is flourishing.In this paper, the regional distribution of national network information resources and regional economic development are taken as the research object, and the literature analysis method and regression analysis method are used in the study.Taking the number of IPv4 addresses, domain names, websites and web pages as independent variables, regression analysis was made with the regional gross domestic product R D research funds, per capita disposable income and urban employment.The conclusions are as follows: all the regional network information resources can explain the regional economic development index well. In the interaction between the network information resource index and the economic development factor index, the domain name,Website and webpage these three indicators to the economic development factor's function is bigger.Nowadays, the society belongs to the information age of the network development, the network information resources have extremely important significance to the regional economic development.Strengthening the construction of network information resources and optimizing the allocation of network information resources are the needs of the economic development in the information age, but also the needs of the development of the network economy.Therefore, the research results of this paper clearly reflect the influence of network information resources on economic development, and then put forward some development suggestions for the construction of network resources and the rational allocation of network information resources, in order to achieve the role of promoting the economy.
