【摘要】：主動調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的關(guān)鍵所在。產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與升級不僅關(guān)系到江西企業(yè)走出危機(jī)，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，而且與江西經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展緊密相關(guān)。因此，如何保持江西產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間產(chǎn)生良性互動，成為江西急需解決的重大問題。 本文首先在分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了江西省生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)與環(huán)境發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。接著，，基于環(huán)境友好的視角，從政府與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)系、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面分析了江西產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的現(xiàn)狀。然后從江西產(chǎn)業(yè)升級角度出發(fā)，考慮產(chǎn)業(yè)升級對環(huán)境的影響，系統(tǒng)采用主成分分析法，分析了影響江西環(huán)境質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的主要因素，并采用時間序列模型驗證了江西環(huán)境質(zhì)量和三大產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)系，深入探討了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變對環(huán)境質(zhì)量的影響，進(jìn)而研究了江西環(huán)境測評與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的實證關(guān)系，認(rèn)為三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值增長率對江西省環(huán)境質(zhì)量的影響力度很大，環(huán)境質(zhì)量和三大產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值增長率之間存在長期的協(xié)整關(guān)系。最后，從發(fā)揮政府主導(dǎo)作用、落實產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級政策、加快生態(tài)企業(yè)建設(shè)步伐、加強(qiáng)環(huán)保教育以及健全綠色生態(tài)保障體系角度提出了江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Active adjustment of economic structure and promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading is the key to changing the mode of economic development.Industrial transformation and upgrading are not only related to Jiangxi enterprises to get out of crisis and realize the healthy development of enterprises, but also closely related to the sustainable development of Jiangxi economy.Therefore, how to maintain the benign interaction between industrial transformation and upgrading and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Firstly, based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper systematically summarizes the present situation of ecological environment protection and environmental development in Jiangxi Province.Then, based on the environmental friendly perspective, this paper analyzes the current situation of Jiangxi's industrial transformation and upgrading from the perspective of the relationship between government and industrial transformation and upgrading, ecological agriculture, high-tech industry and tertiary industry.Then from the angle of industrial upgrading in Jiangxi, considering the impact of industrial upgrading on the environment, the principal component analysis method is used to analyze the main factors that affect the environmental quality and industrial upgrading in Jiangxi.Using time series model, the paper verifies the relationship between Jiangxi environmental quality and the development of the three major industries, probes into the influence of the evolution of industrial structure on the environmental quality, and then studies the empirical relationship between Jiangxi environmental evaluation and industrial structure upgrading.It is considered that the growth rate of the output value of the three industries has a great influence on the environmental quality of Jiangxi Province, and there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the environmental quality and the growth rate of the output value of the three major industries.Finally, from the perspective of giving play to the leading role of the government, implementing the policy of upgrading industrial structure, speeding up the construction of ecological enterprises, strengthening environmental protection education and perfecting the green ecological security system, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of industrial upgrading in Jiangxi Province.
