【摘要】：作為南北自然地理和人文地理的重要分界——淮河流域,擁有獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、豐富的自然資源和便利的交通,是一個(gè)發(fā)展前景廣闊的特殊區(qū)域。同時(shí)淮河流域的發(fā)展對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要的促進(jìn)作用,不但有助于推動(dòng)“中部崛起”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,而且對(duì)緩解區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡具有重要意義。所以立足淮河流域的資源優(yōu)勢,通過對(duì)淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的研究,來加快當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的進(jìn)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)該區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)力的提升和騰飛具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的可行性以及作用意義上深遠(yuǎn)性、長久性。 而淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的實(shí)現(xiàn)亟需建立能夠客觀反應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)體系。如何保證評(píng)價(jià)體系的科學(xué)性和典型性是整篇研究的核心。本文在對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變內(nèi)涵理解的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒現(xiàn)有關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)u(píng)價(jià)體系的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),羅列出大量反應(yīng)淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)情況的相關(guān)指標(biāo),然后運(yùn)用主成分分析的方法,結(jié)合淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和在貝葉斯模型下持續(xù)、穩(wěn)健、顯著的影響淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的因素,篩選出反應(yīng)該地區(qū)特色的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)u(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；最后選取熵值法對(duì)淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)程進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)。以此判定淮河流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變所處的階段,取得的成果,存在的問題。根據(jù)出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行政策調(diào)整,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)淮河流域各地市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的盡快轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:As an important boundary between North and South natural geography and human geography, Huaihe River basin has unique geographical advantages, rich natural resources and convenient transportation, and is a special region with broad development prospects.At the same time, the development of Huaihe River Basin plays an important role in promoting the economic development of our country. It is not only helpful to promote the implementation of the strategy of "the rise of Central China", but also plays an important role in alleviating the imbalance of regional economic development.So based on the resources advantage of the Huaihe River Basin, through the research on the transformation of the economic development mode of the Huaihe River Basin, to accelerate the progress of the transformation of the local economic mode,It is feasible and far-reaching to realize the promotion and take-off of the regional economic comprehensive strength.However, it is urgent to establish a scientific evaluation system that can objectively reflect the transformation of local economic development mode.How to ensure the scientific nature and typicality of the evaluation system is the core of the whole study.Based on the understanding of the connotation of the transformation of economic development mode and the relevant literature on the evaluation system of the transformation of economic development mode, this paper lists a large number of relevant indicators reflecting the economic situation in the Huaihe River Basin.Then using the method of principal component analysis, combining with the present situation of economic development in Huaihe River Basin and the factors that influence the economic growth of Huaihe River Basin continuously, steadily and significantly under Bayesian model,Finally, the entropy method is selected to evaluate the transformation process of economic development mode in Huaihe River Basin.In order to determine the Huaihe River basin economic development mode transformation in the stage, achievements, problems.The policy adjustment is carried out according to the existing problems so as to realize the transformation of the economic development mode of various cities and cities in the Huaihe River Basin as soon as possible.
