【摘要】：從區(qū)域科技進(jìn)步視角出發(fā)研究農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率增長機(jī)制。利用廣東省2006-2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù),基于DEA-Malmquist生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)法對農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率(TFP)進(jìn)行測算和分解,從地市、珠三角、東西兩翼、貧困山區(qū)四個區(qū)域?qū)用嫣剿鲄^(qū)域科技進(jìn)步對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的影響。結(jié)論表明:廣東省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率增長主要源泉是區(qū)域科技進(jìn)步;廣東農(nóng)業(yè)TFP增長動因存在顯著區(qū)域科技進(jìn)步差異性;而區(qū)域科技差異性與產(chǎn)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力有關(guān)。據(jù)此,從政策層面上提出推動廣東農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的策略建議。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the growth mechanism of agricultural total factor productivity from the perspective of regional scientific and technological progress.Based on the panel data of Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2015, the total factor productivity (TFP) of agriculture is measured and decomposed based on the DEA-Malmquist productivity index method.This paper explores the impact of regional scientific and technological progress on agricultural productivity at four regional levels in poor mountain areas.The results show that the main source of agricultural productivity growth in Guangdong Province is the regional scientific and technological progress, the obvious difference of regional scientific and technological progress exists in the drivers of Guangdong's agricultural TFP growth, and the regional scientific and technological difference is related to the ability of industrial scientific and technological innovation.Accordingly, from the policy level put forward to promote Guangdong agriculture further development strategy suggestion.
