【摘要】：近現(xiàn)代歷史上有過(guò)兩次全球化的嘗試,第一次是英國(guó)依靠其擁有的大量殖民地,在很大范圍內(nèi)推動(dòng)過(guò)以英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家為核心的全球化,后來(lái)隨著殖民地的獨(dú)立而不了了之;二戰(zhàn)以后,美國(guó)依托雄厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和海外霸權(quán),強(qiáng)行輸出自身的價(jià)值觀,希望相關(guān)國(guó)家在價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同的基礎(chǔ)上自覺(jué)地與其形成緊密的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)全球化的目標(biāo),但也因不適合多數(shù)國(guó)家的國(guó)情而無(wú)果而終。而今中國(guó)推動(dòng)的全球化,是希望延續(xù)古絲綢之路的傳統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)沿線國(guó)家間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,特別是希望率先與周邊國(guó)家形成穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體、命運(yùn)共同體,來(lái)有序推進(jìn)全球化的進(jìn)程,這其中,中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)最具重要性與可能性。
[Abstract]:There have been two attempts to globalize in modern history. The first one was that Britain, relying on its large number of colonies, promoted the globalization with the Commonwealth as the core in a wide range, and later died down with the independence of the colonies.After World War II, the United States relied on its strong economic strength and overseas hegemony and forcibly exported its own values. It hoped that the countries concerned would consciously form close economic ties with them on the basis of their identity of values, and eventually realize the goal of globalization.But also because it is not suitable for the national conditions of most countries and failed to bear fruit.Today, China is promoting globalization in the hope of continuing the tradition of the ancient Silk Road and strengthening economic ties between the countries along the route, especially in the hope of taking the lead in forming a stable economic community and a community of destiny with neighboring countries.In order to promote the process of globalization, the construction of economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia is the most important and possible.
