【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的時(shí)代特征是"三期疊加",主要表現(xiàn)為:增長(zhǎng)速度的換擋期,結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的陣痛期,前期刺激政策的消化期。國家正在經(jīng)歷著從低收入國家向高收入國家的演進(jìn),面對(duì)"三期疊加"的新常態(tài),長(zhǎng)沙招商引資工作進(jìn)一步深入,形勢(shì)走向較好,具有自身的先天優(yōu)勢(shì)與后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)面臨著良好的招商機(jī)遇與嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。要做好招商引資工作,長(zhǎng)沙必須要充分把握新機(jī)遇,直面新挑戰(zhàn),遵循新規(guī)律,在更新招商理念、創(chuàng)新招商思路、改變招商方式、優(yōu)化發(fā)展環(huán)境等方面破解壓力,從而駕馭新常態(tài)下的招商引資工作。
[Abstract]:The new normal of economic development is characterized by "three phases superposition", which is mainly manifested in the shift period of growth rate, the painful period of structural adjustment, and the digestion period of early stimulus policy.The country is undergoing the evolution from low-income countries to high-income countries. Facing the new normal of "three phases superposition", Changsha's investment promotion work is further deepened, the situation is better, and it has its own innate and late advantages.At the same time, it faces good investment opportunities and severe challenges.In order to do a good job in attracting investment, Changsha must fully grasp new opportunities, face new challenges, follow new laws, and crack the pressure in updating the concept of investment, innovating ideas, changing ways of attracting investment, optimizing the development environment, etc.In order to control the new normal under the work of attracting investment.
