協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度模型及評價方法研究

【摘要】:科技全球化的今天,創(chuàng)新活動已演變?yōu)橐远嘣黧w協(xié)同互動為基礎的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡模式。協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡通過整合各方面的創(chuàng)新資源,提升創(chuàng)新能力,從開放式創(chuàng)新中獲取最大收益。然而,當前創(chuàng)新主體能力不強,各方面科技力量自成體系,整體運行效率不高,資源配置不暢通等阻滯了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力的持續(xù)提升。采取適當?shù)耐緩胶娃k法提升協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度,有效促進協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡能力提升這一問題越來越受到學者們的重視。(1)構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度模型;诔墒於壤碚,提出了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度的概念。以提升協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力為主要目標,對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡進行詳細分析,建立一個協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度模型。(2)建立協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度的評價指標體系。經(jīng)過文獻分析協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的影響因素,明確協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度的主要影響因素集,通過問卷調(diào)查形成一個分層的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度評價指標體系。(3)提出協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度評價方法。在總結(jié)和分析能力成熟度模型的相關理論基礎上,結(jié)合協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的特點構(gòu)建一個協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度模型,并將協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度劃分為五個等級。然后,在評價過程中應用基于改進的ANP確定指標權(quán)重,運用模糊數(shù)學將語言短語轉(zhuǎn)換成三角模糊數(shù)進行綜合評價值計算。(4)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度的應用研究。將構(gòu)建的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度模型和評價方法應用到“鋼鐵協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡上,通過對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡進行評價,驗證了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡成熟度模型的實用性,并給出相應的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡能力提升策略。本文基于能力成熟度模型對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的成熟度模型及其評價方法進行研究,為協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的探索提供了新的視角,為協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡的進一步研究奠定了一定的理論基礎,對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新活動開展、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡評價和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡治理等實際問題有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of science and technology, innovation has evolved into a collaborative innovation network model based on the collaborative interaction of multiple agents.Collaborative innovation network can improve innovation ability by integrating all kinds of innovation resources and make the most profit from open innovation.However, at present, the ability of innovation main body is not strong, all aspects of science and technology power form a system, the whole operation efficiency is not high, the allocation of resources is not smooth and so on, which hinders the continuous improvement of collaborative innovation ability.The problem of how to improve the maturity of collaborative innovation network and how to effectively promote the capability of collaborative innovation network has been paid more and more attention by scholars to construct the maturity model of collaborative innovation network.Based on maturity theory, the concept of collaborative innovation network maturity is proposed.In order to improve the ability of collaborative innovation, this paper analyzes the collaborative innovation network in detail, and establishes a maturity model of collaborative innovation network. 2) the evaluation index system of collaborative innovation network maturity is established.By analyzing the influencing factors of collaborative innovation network in literature, the main factors of maturity of collaborative innovation network are defined.A hierarchical evaluation index system of collaborative innovation network maturity is formed by questionnaire survey. (3) the evaluation method of collaborative innovation network maturity is put forward.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant theories of capability maturity model, a collaborative innovation network maturity model is constructed based on the characteristics of collaborative innovation network, and the maturity of collaborative innovation network is divided into five levels.Then, in the evaluation process, the index weight is determined based on the improved ANP, and the fuzzy mathematics is used to transform the language phrase into triangular fuzzy number to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value.The maturity model and evaluation method of collaborative innovation network are applied to the collaborative innovation network of "Iron and Steel Collaborative Innovation Center". The practicability of collaborative innovation network maturity model is verified by evaluating the collaborative innovation network.The corresponding strategy of improving the network capability of collaborative innovation is given.Based on the capability maturity model, this paper studies the maturity model of collaborative innovation network and its evaluation method, which provides a new perspective for the exploration of collaborative innovation network and lays a certain theoretical foundation for the further research of collaborative innovation network.It has certain guiding significance for the practical problems such as collaborative innovation activities, collaborative innovation network evaluation and collaborative innovation network governance.
