【摘要】：全球性生態(tài)危機(jī)的爆發(fā)敲響了人類社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的警鐘,迫使人們必須重新審視既有的發(fā)展理念和發(fā)展模式。中國(guó)歷經(jīng)改革開放后三十多年的發(fā)展,雖然經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得了高速的增長(zhǎng),但同時(shí)也累積了許多生態(tài)難題。綠色發(fā)展理念的提出是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展理念的揚(yáng)棄和創(chuàng)新,踐行綠色發(fā)展是解決我國(guó)生態(tài)問題的有效途徑。全文由五部分組成,第一章和第二章主要闡述綠色發(fā)展的基本內(nèi)涵及思想來源,以及綠色發(fā)展提出的時(shí)代背景。第三章主要闡述綠色思維體系構(gòu)建。分別從加快綠色價(jià)值觀的轉(zhuǎn)變、促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)方式的綠色轉(zhuǎn)型、加快養(yǎng)成綠色生活方式、構(gòu)建綠色文化體系四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)表述。第四章主要闡述綠色發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑的機(jī)制建設(shè)。完善綠色發(fā)展的機(jī)制建設(shè)需要構(gòu)建綠色發(fā)展激勵(lì)機(jī)制,建立綠色發(fā)展約束機(jī)制,完善綠色發(fā)展政績(jī)考核機(jī)制,健全綠色發(fā)展法律法規(guī)。第五章主要闡述綠色發(fā)展的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。對(duì)綠色發(fā)展的實(shí)踐從三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),認(rèn)為綠色發(fā)展是傳統(tǒng)文化實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色復(fù)興的示范,馬克思主義生態(tài)觀的回歸與豐富以及人類文明東方轉(zhuǎn)換與綠色轉(zhuǎn)向的合流。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of global ecological crisis has sounded the alarm of the sustainable development of human society, forcing people to re-examine the existing development concepts and models. Although the economy has achieved rapid growth, it has also accumulated many ecological problems. The idea of green development is the sublation and innovation of the traditional concept of development. Practicing green development is an effective way to solve the ecological problems of our country. The full text consists of five parts. The first and second chapters mainly explain the basic connotation and ideological source of green development. The third chapter mainly expounds the construction of green thinking system, respectively from speeding up the transformation of green values, promoting the green transformation of production mode, speeding up the development of green lifestyle, The fourth chapter mainly expounds the mechanism construction of the way to realize green development. To perfect the mechanism construction of green development, we need to construct the incentive mechanism of green development and establish the restraint mechanism of green development. The fifth chapter mainly expounds the contemporary value of green development. The practice of green development is evaluated from three dimensions. It is considered that green development is the demonstration of realizing green renaissance of traditional culture, the return and enrichment of Marxist ecological view and the confluence of oriental transformation and green turn of human civilization.
