【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及其差異發(fā)展是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學最根本的問題。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展是由經(jīng)濟發(fā)展所固有的規(guī)律決定的,表現(xiàn)為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的歷史演變和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟空間結(jié)構(gòu)中的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異化。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異是一個普遍的經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象,無論是發(fā)達國家,還是發(fā)展中國家；無論是資本主義國家,還是社會主義國家,由于受自然資源、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、生產(chǎn)稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、歷史文化背景等多方的影響,各區(qū)域在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展上存在著不均衡。因而區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異是一個不可避免的客觀問題。 目前,我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異的研究絕大多數(shù)是中東西部三大地帶一起比較分析或者單一地帶分析,這其中主要是地帶內(nèi)省際之間經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異分析,省內(nèi)各地區(qū)之間的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異則往往被忽視。本文從吉林省各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況入手分析地區(qū)之間的經(jīng)濟差異并給出原因探討和縮小地區(qū)差異的對策建議,這對于實現(xiàn)吉林省地區(qū)資源優(yōu)化配置和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。 論文以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異基本理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異界定明確文章研究的主要問題。論文使用總量指標,復合指標著手較為系統(tǒng)地分析了吉林省中東西部經(jīng)濟總量和各地級市之間的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相對差異狀況。然后,根據(jù)吉林省從1992年到2011年的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),闡述了吉林省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異的結(jié)構(gòu)變遷。再次,進一步分析了吉林省內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距的倒U型的變化模式和中間凸起,兩端塌陷空間結(jié)構(gòu)的原因,其中包括：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的自然環(huán)境及區(qū)位條件、經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)條件、社會條件以及政策傾斜的差異。最后,提出了促進吉林省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟健康和諧發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Regional economic development and its differential development are the most fundamental problems in regional economics.The development of regional economy is determined by the inherent law of economic development, which is manifested in the historical evolution of regional economic development and the difference of economic development in the spatial structure of regional economy.The difference in regional economic development is a common economic phenomenon, whether developed or developing countries, whether capitalist countries or socialist countries, due to natural resources, geographical advantages, production endowment, industrial structure,With the influence of historical and cultural background, there is imbalance in economic development in various regions.Therefore, regional economic development difference is an inevitable objective problem.At present, most of the studies on the differences of regional economic development in China are the comparative analysis of the three major zones in the east, east and west of China, or the analysis of the single zone, which is mainly the analysis of the differences in economic development among the provinces within the belt.The difference of regional economic development between different regions in the province is often ignored.This paper analyzes the economic differences among different regions in Jilin Province and gives the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the regional differences, which is of great significance to realize the optimal allocation and coordinated development of resources in Jilin Province.Based on the basic theory of regional economic development difference, the paper defines the regional economic development difference and clarifies the main problems of the paper.By using the total index and the composite index, the relative difference of economic development between the central, eastern and western parts of Jilin Province and the economic development among the cities at the prefectural level is analyzed systematically in this paper.Then, according to the statistical data of Jilin Province from 1992 to 2011, this paper expounds the structural changes of regional economic development differences in Jilin Province.Thirdly, the paper further analyzes the inverted U-shaped change mode of regional economic development gap in Jilin Province and the causes of the collapse of spatial structure at both ends, including: the natural environment and location conditions of regional economic development, and the economic base conditions.Differences in social conditions and policy preferences.Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and harmonious development of regional economy in Jilin Province.
