【摘要】：本文通過使用我國30個省份2010—2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù)基于門檻模型的實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新受國內(nèi)自主研發(fā)及國際技術(shù)溢出兩方面影響。在國內(nèi)自主研發(fā)過程中,研發(fā)資金投入、IFDI技術(shù)溢出以及環(huán)境規(guī)制對我國綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新存在顯著的正向影響;在國際技術(shù)溢出過程中,OFDI逆向技術(shù)溢出、貿(mào)易溢出渠道對我國綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新存在負向影響,但是貿(mào)易溢出影響并不顯著。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)OFDI逆向技術(shù)溢出水平高于一定門檻值時,研發(fā)資金投入對我國綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的正向影響會顯著增加。因此,遵循"十三五"期間"綠色""開放"的發(fā)展理念,整合協(xié)調(diào)資源、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,促進我國綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,各省份不僅要合理增加自主研發(fā)資金投入,更要均衡考慮對外直接投資數(shù)量,以實現(xiàn)我國技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的綠色轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2014, the empirical study based on threshold model found that: China's green technology innovation from two aspects of independent research and development of domestic and international technology spillover effect. In the process of domestic independent research and development, R & D investment, IFDI technology spillover and environmental regulation has significant positive influence on me China's green technology innovation; in the international technology spillover in the process of OFDI reverse technology spillover, trade spillover channels have a negative impact on China's green technology innovation, but the trade spillover effect is not significant. It is found that when the OFDI reverse technology spillover level is higher than a certain threshold value, R & D investment positive impact on China's green technology innovation will be increased significantly. Therefore, follow the "13th Five-Year" period of "green" and "open" concept of development, integration and coordination of resources, environment and economic development, the promotion of green technology in China Innovation should not only increase investment in independent R & D, but also consider the quantity of FDI directly, so as to achieve the green transformation of technological innovation in China.
