【摘要】：金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心,能提供一個將資金由盈余部門向短缺部門轉(zhuǎn)化的渠道,資本要素的重新配置克服了儲蓄者和投資者之間信息不透明的障礙,對宏觀經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和微觀企業(yè)運行產(chǎn)生重大影響,是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整的重要影響因素之一,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級改造和高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大都離不開資金的支持。重慶直轄以來,實現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,但與中國其他經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)相比還有不小差距,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,科技創(chuàng)新能力不強,發(fā)展層次偏低,今后一個時期,對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整是加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的根本出路。金融業(yè)已發(fā)展成為重慶的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整也呈漸進合理趨勢發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群逐步形成,而在這個過程中,金融業(yè)發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化發(fā)揮怎樣的作用,發(fā)揮多大的作用,是一個值得探討的問題,因此本文以此為切入點,重點研究重慶市金融業(yè)發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的影響作用。 本文首先梳理了國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)于金融發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究成果,對二者的內(nèi)在作用機制進行了系統(tǒng)的理論分析,利用統(tǒng)計分析的方法描述了重慶市金融業(yè)和三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,最后選取金融發(fā)展指標,分別從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和高度化發(fā)展兩個方面進行了實證研究。實證分析結(jié)果顯示：長期內(nèi),重慶市金融發(fā)展指標與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化指標存在協(xié)整關(guān)系；短期內(nèi),存在誤差修正機制,將各變量之間的協(xié)整關(guān)系在長期內(nèi)調(diào)整到均衡狀態(tài)；格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗顯示,金融結(jié)構(gòu)指標與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化指標存在雙向因果關(guān)系,其他僅存在單向因果關(guān)系。研究結(jié)論是重慶市金融業(yè)發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化具有較為顯著的正向促進作用,值得指出的是金融效率的提高對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向高度化發(fā)展的促進作用較大。最后本文根據(jù)研究結(jié)論嘗試提出了幾點政策建議。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of the modern economy, providing a channel for transforming funds from surplus to scarce sectors, and the reallocation of capital elements overcomes the barriers to information opacity between savers and investors. It has a great impact on the macro-economic development and the operation of micro-enterprises, and is one of the important influencing factors in the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. The upgrading and transformation of traditional industries and the development and growth of high and new technology industries can not be separated from the support of funds. Since Chongqing became directly under the jurisdiction of Chongqing, it has achieved rapid economic development, but there is still a large gap compared with other economically developed regions in China. The industrial structure is unreasonable, the ability of scientific and technological innovation is not strong, the level of development is on the low side. In the future, optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure is the fundamental way out for speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development. The financial industry has developed into a pillar industry in Chongqing. The optimization and adjustment of industrial structure also show a gradual and reasonable trend, and industrial clusters are gradually formed. In this process, it is worth discussing how and how much the development of the financial industry plays a role in the change of industrial structure. Therefore, this paper focuses on the impact of the development of Chongqing financial industry on the change of industrial structure. Firstly, this paper reviews the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on financial development and industrial structure, and makes a systematic theoretical analysis of the internal mechanism of the two. Using the method of statistical analysis, this paper describes the current situation of the development of financial industry and three industries in Chongqing, and finally selects the financial development index. The empirical results show that: in the long run, there is cointegration relationship between the financial development index and the industrial structure optimization index in Chongqing; in the short term, there is a cointegration relationship between the financial development index and the industrial structure optimization index. There is an error correction mechanism to adjust the cointegration between variables to equilibrium in the long run. Granger causality test shows that there is a two-way causality between financial structure index and industrial structure rationalization index. The conclusion of the study is that the development of financial industry in Chongqing has a significant positive effect on the optimization of industrial structure. It is worth pointing out that the improvement of financial efficiency can promote the development of industrial structure to a higher level. Finally, this paper tries to put forward some policy suggestions according to the conclusion of the research.
