【摘要】：論文以1994年至2012年我國虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展效應為研究對象，從定義虛擬經(jīng)濟和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展內(nèi)涵角度出發(fā)，研究虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展效應理論基礎。然后在此基礎上，建立測度虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展效應統(tǒng)計研究的評價指標體系，一方面基于聯(lián)立方程模型，研究我國虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體運行效應問題，另一方面利用時變參數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型，研究我國虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構效應問題。并得出相應的結(jié)果，文章主要有下述幾個方面： 首先，論文通過國內(nèi)外有關文獻研究成果的梳理，界定虛擬經(jīng)濟與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵，并在此基礎上考察虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的效應問題，并且對此進行統(tǒng)計研究。重點探討虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體，虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構兩方面的效應問題。 其次，在探討虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體效應時，從生態(tài)經(jīng)濟的角度出發(fā)，構建由環(huán)境污染、能源消耗條件下的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展系統(tǒng)，構建帶有虛擬經(jīng)濟變量的聯(lián)立方程模型，分兩塊進行分析。第一部分是虛擬經(jīng)濟總量對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體的效應分析，第二部分深入到虛擬經(jīng)濟內(nèi)部結(jié)構對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體效應分析。實證結(jié)果表明：資金總量對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的運行效率存在影響性，具體到資金運行的各個機構部門，不同時期由于經(jīng)濟政策、市場改變等原因，機構部門對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展效應不一。資金應從效應低的機構部門流向效應高的機構部門，這樣才能夠使資金得到最大化的利用。 然后，對虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構效應統(tǒng)計研究，以生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的函數(shù)方法為基礎，，構建時變參數(shù)模型，考察其對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構效應的研究。實證結(jié)果表明：虛擬經(jīng)濟運行對經(jīng)濟結(jié)構產(chǎn)生的效應大小關系到產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構在資金運行過程中的適應性調(diào)整。資金的最終運作效果主要體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率中，虛擬經(jīng)濟總量的增減對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構的優(yōu)化是有效的。資金從各機構部門流向產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的過程中，效應的大小反映了資金的利用情況，使得虛擬資金得到最大限度的利用，通過對資金流向不同產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的調(diào)整來改善資金浪費現(xiàn)象。 通過對虛擬經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展效應的統(tǒng)計研究，可以看出，虛擬經(jīng)濟總量對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總量的效應是遞增的，逐漸發(fā)揮其基本功能，但虛擬經(jīng)濟結(jié)構部門對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總量具有差異性；虛擬經(jīng)濟總量對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構產(chǎn)生的效應一定程度上有助于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構調(diào)整，而虛擬經(jīng)濟結(jié)構內(nèi)資金在流向產(chǎn)業(yè)部門時更加注重的是資金的利用率，有利于實施相應的政策調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the effect of virtual economy on economic development in China from 1994 to 2012 as the research object, and studies the theoretical basis of the effect of virtual economy on economic development from the angle of defining the connotation of virtual economy and economic development. An evaluation index system is established to measure the statistical effects of virtual economy on economic development. On the one hand, based on the simultaneous equation model, this paper studies the overall operational effect of virtual economy on economic development in China. On the other hand, by using the production function model of time-varying parameters, this paper studies the structural effects of virtual economy on economic development in China. The corresponding results are obtained. The paper mainly includes the following aspects:. First of all, the thesis defines the connotation of virtual economy and economic development by combing the domestic and foreign literature, and on this basis examines the effect of virtual economy on economic development. This paper mainly discusses the effects of virtual economy on economic development and on the structure of economic development. Secondly, when discussing the overall effect of virtual economy on economic development, from the point of view of ecological economy, the economic development system under the condition of environmental pollution and energy consumption is constructed, and the simultaneous equation model with virtual economic variables is constructed. The first part is the analysis of the effect of the total amount of fictitious economy on the overall economic development. The second part deeply analyzes the overall effect of the internal structure of the virtual economy on the economic development. The empirical results show that the total amount of funds has an impact on the operational efficiency of economic development. Because of economic policy and market change in different periods, the effect of institutional sector on economic development is different, and the fund should flow from the low-effect institutional sector to the high-effective institutional sector, so as to maximize the utilization of funds. Then, on the basis of the function method of production function, a time-varying parameter model is constructed for the statistical study of the effect of virtual economy on economic development structure. The empirical results show that the effect of virtual economic operation on economic structure is related to the adaptive adjustment of industrial structure in the process of capital operation and the final operation of capital. The effect is mainly reflected in the industrial production efficiency. The increase or decrease of the total amount of fictitious economy is effective to the optimization of industrial structure. In the process of capital flowing from various institutions to industrial departments, the magnitude of the effect reflects the utilization of funds, which makes the fictitious funds to be used to the maximum extent. The waste of capital is improved by adjusting the flow of capital to different industries. Through the statistical research on the effect of virtual economy on economic development, we can see that the effect of the total amount of fictitious economy on the total amount of economic development is increasing and gradually exerting its basic function. But the fictitious economic structure department has the difference to the total quantity of economic development, and the effect of the total quantity of the fictitious economy on the economic development structure is helpful to the adjustment of the economic development structure to some extent. In the virtual economy structure, more attention is paid to the utilization rate of funds, which is helpful to implement the corresponding policy adjustment.
