【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟不斷向前發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題日益突出,各國為解決環(huán)境問題,紛紛開始建立綠色經(jīng)濟體制。其中各發(fā)達國家提早進入綠色經(jīng)濟改革,擁有較豐富的經(jīng)驗和技術。本文從這一領域入手,介紹、分析和研究了美國、歐盟、日本等發(fā)達國家發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟的歷程經(jīng)驗。另一方面,綠色經(jīng)濟在我國發(fā)展比較薄弱,我國應借鑒上述發(fā)達國家先進經(jīng)驗,結合我國實際國情,努力發(fā)展本國綠色經(jīng)濟。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the world economy, environmental problems become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the environmental problems, many countries have begun to establish a green economy system. Among them, the developed countries entered the green economy reform early. This paper introduces, analyzes and studies the experience of developing green economy in developed countries such as the United States, European Union, Japan and so on. On the other hand, the development of green economy in China is relatively weak. Our country should draw lessons from the advanced experience of the developed countries and make great efforts to develop the green economy.
