【摘要】：該文研究中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行追隨中國(guó)非金融類企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資(OFDI)的跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)事實(shí),將企業(yè)對(duì)外投資決策考慮進(jìn)銀行的目標(biāo)函數(shù)之中,討論了銀行國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的追隨客戶問(wèn)題�；�2010年4月至2016年11月中資全國(guó)性銀行的月度境外貸款數(shù)據(jù),該文研究了中國(guó)非金融類對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)其影響。該文對(duì)中資銀行境外分支機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行細(xì)分,通過(guò)對(duì)2005-2015年國(guó)別面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),銀行境外分行設(shè)立受到中國(guó)非金融類企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資發(fā)展的影響最為顯著。同時(shí)結(jié)合中國(guó)工商銀行境外機(jī)構(gòu)客戶與中國(guó)非金融類對(duì)外直接投資企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了中國(guó)銀行業(yè)國(guó)際化過(guò)程中追隨客戶OFDI的行為特征。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the fact that Chinese commercial banks follow the facts of foreign direct investment (OFDI) of Chinese non-financial enterprises, and take the decision making of foreign investment into account in the objective function of banks. This paper discusses the problem of following customers in the internationalization of banks. Based on the monthly data on offshore loans from April 2010 to November 2016, This paper studies the impact of China's non-financial foreign direct investment (FDI) on it. The paper subdivides the overseas branches of Chinese banks and finds out by empirical research on the country panel data from 2005 to 2015. The establishment of overseas branches of banks is most significantly affected by the development of OFDI of non-financial enterprises in China. At the same time, combined with the data of overseas institutional customers of ICBC and non-financial OFDI enterprises of China, It further confirms the behavior characteristics of following customer OFDI in the process of Chinese banking internationalization.
