【摘要】：文章以揚子江城市群30個縣市為基本單元,通過對其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關鍵指標的分析,展開新常態(tài)下區(qū)域空間格局的研究,并基于GDP增速和發(fā)展階段重構本區(qū)域的空間格局。結果表明:近年來本地區(qū)GDP、財政收入、固定資產(chǎn)投資和出口額等主要經(jīng)濟指標增速均明顯放緩,符合新常態(tài)的基本特征;新時期本地區(qū)可以重構為轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展區(qū)、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展區(qū)和加速崛起區(qū)等三大類型區(qū)。未來本地區(qū)亟需深化體制機制改革、狠抓政策落實,優(yōu)化城市圈結構、強化融合發(fā)展空間載體,完善基礎設施體系、加速區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡化發(fā)展,推進污染協(xié)同治理、重現(xiàn)碧水藍天優(yōu)美環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Taking 30 counties and cities in Yangzi River urban agglomeration as the basic unit, this paper analyzes the key indicators of its economic development and studies the regional spatial pattern under the new normal state. The results show that the growth rate of GDP, fiscal revenue, fixed assets investment and export volume of the region have slowed down obviously in recent years, which accords with the basic characteristics of the new normal. In the new period, the region can be reconstructed into three types of areas, such as the transition and development area, the steady development area and the accelerating rise area. In the future, the region needs to deepen the reform of the system and mechanism, pay close attention to the implementation of the policy, optimize the structure of the urban circle, and strengthen the space carrier for the integration and development. Improve the infrastructure system, accelerate the development of regional networking, promote coordinated pollution control, and recreate the beautiful environment with clear water and blue sky.
