經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下江西省高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:由于經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平以及資源優(yōu)勢(shì)等方面的差異,不同地區(qū)所選擇的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略各有不同,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)也呈現(xiàn)出不一樣的狀態(tài)。教育外部發(fā)展規(guī)律表明,教育必須與社會(huì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)。反映在高等教育領(lǐng)域,突出表現(xiàn)為高等教育所培養(yǎng)的人才應(yīng)滿足當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需求。專業(yè)作為高等學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)的基本單位,其比例關(guān)系和構(gòu)成狀態(tài)決定了所培養(yǎng)人才的規(guī)格和類型。因而專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)只有不斷與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)相適應(yīng),才能為經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展提供源源不斷的合格的人才資源。 近年來(lái),江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速。在由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大省向現(xiàn)代工業(yè)強(qiáng)省邁進(jìn)的道路上,江西省高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)能否積極回應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的人才訴求?專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是否與今后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)相符?如何才能最大限度發(fā)揮高等教育在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用?這些問(wèn)題值得審慎考慮。 本文以江西省普通高校本、專科專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史研究法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法,從專業(yè)種類及設(shè)置情況、專業(yè)布點(diǎn)情況、新增專業(yè)情況等角度對(duì)江西省高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入探討,發(fā)現(xiàn)江西省高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在三大問(wèn)題:1、專業(yè)覆蓋率低,內(nèi)部差異大;2、專業(yè)設(shè)置重復(fù),趨同現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重;3、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的契合度不高。結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀及定量分析結(jié)果,本文認(rèn)為今后江西省高等教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整應(yīng)緊緊把握適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要這一關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),調(diào)整的總體思路包括以下三方面:1、擴(kuò)大高校專業(yè)設(shè)置自主權(quán),加強(qiáng)政府宏觀管理;2、推動(dòng)專業(yè)內(nèi)涵建設(shè),,突出特色、創(chuàng)出品牌;3、保持適度專業(yè)口徑,靈活設(shè)置專業(yè)方向。
[Abstract]:Due to the differences in economic base, productivity development level and resource advantage, the economic development strategies chosen by different regions are different, and the economic structure also presents a different state. Education must adapt to social development. Reflected in the field of higher education, the outstanding manifestation is that the talents cultivated in higher education should meet the needs of local economic and social development. The proportion relationship and composition state determine the specifications and types of talents trained, so that the professional structure can provide a continuous stream of qualified human resources for sustainable economic development only if the professional structure is constantly adapted to the regional economic structure. In recent years, the economy of Jiangxi Province has developed rapidly. On the way from traditional agricultural province to modern industrial province, can the professional structure of Jiangxi higher education respond positively to the demand of talents under the background of economic structure transformation? Is the professional structure consistent with future economic trends? How to maximize the role of higher education in economic development? These problems deserve careful consideration. This article takes the specialized structure of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the research object, adopts the literature method, the history research method, the statistical analysis method, from the specialty type and the setting situation, the specialized arrangement situation, From the point of view of the new specialties and other aspects, the present situation of the professional structure of higher education in Jiangxi Province is discussed in depth. It is found that there are three major problems in the professional structure of higher education in Jiangxi Province, that is, the professional coverage rate is low, the internal differences are large, and the specialty setup is repeated. The phenomenon of convergence is serious and the degree of conformity between professional structure and economic and social development is not high. Combined with the present situation of economic structure and the result of quantitative analysis, This paper holds that the adjustment of the professional structure of higher education in Jiangxi Province in the future should closely grasp the key point of adapting to the needs of economic development. The overall thinking of the adjustment includes the following three aspects: 1, to expand the autonomy of setting up major in colleges and universities. Strengthen government macro-management, promote the construction of professional connotation, highlight characteristics, create a brand 3, maintain a moderate professional caliber, flexible setting of professional direction.
