【摘要】：基礎設施影響人們的衣食住行和社會生產的各個方面,基礎設施投資的重要性也引起諸多經濟學者的注意并進行了大量的研究,在理論上和實證研究中給予了基礎設施的重要性和先行性以支持。但是大多數(shù)的研究都是關于我國或者較發(fā)達省份和地區(qū)的,對于吉林省研究甚少。伴隨著吉林省近年來不斷有很多新建的基礎設施投資項目,這種投資對吉林省經濟增長的具體作用需要得到驗證。本文根據(jù)相關基礎設施投資影響經濟增長的宏觀理論和發(fā)展經濟學理論,進行了適當?shù)睦碚搫?chuàng)新,分析了基礎設施投資影響經濟增長的直接傳導機制和間接影響機制。本文在對1996-2012年吉林省基礎設施投資的統(tǒng)計性描述后,基于計量分析中的協(xié)整理論和誤差修正,得出當吉林省礎設施投資增加1%時經濟總量增加0.06936%,在格蘭杰檢驗中得出吉林省1996-2012年的基礎設施投資只對經濟具有短期影響,其長期影響不顯著的結論。本文最后對于吉林省基礎設施投資進行簡單評價并分別基礎設施投資結構、制度設置和政治環(huán)境等方面給出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Infrastructure affects people's food, clothing, housing and all aspects of social production. The importance of infrastructure investment has also attracted the attention of many economists and carried out a lot of research. In both theoretical and empirical studies, the importance and forerunner of infrastructure are supported. However, most of the studies are about our country or the more developed provinces and regions. There is very little research in Jilin Province. With the continuous development of many new infrastructure investment projects in Jilin Province in recent years, The concrete effect of this kind of investment on the economic growth of Jilin Province needs to be verified. According to the macro theory and the development economics theory that the infrastructure investment affects the economic growth, this paper has carried on the appropriate theoretical innovation. This paper analyzes the direct conduction mechanism and indirect influence mechanism of infrastructure investment affecting economic growth. After the statistical description of infrastructure investment in Jilin Province from 1996 to 2012, based on the theory of cointegration and error correction in econometric analysis, It is concluded that when the basic infrastructure investment in Jilin Province increases by 1 percent, the total economic volume will increase by 0.0693636. In the Granger test, it is concluded that the infrastructure investment in Jilin Province from 1996 to 2012 will only have a short-term impact on the economy. In the end, the paper makes a simple evaluation of the infrastructure investment in Jilin Province and gives some policy suggestions on the infrastructure investment structure, institutional setting and political environment respectively.
