【摘要】：解決產(chǎn)能過剩問題是我國(guó)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要任務(wù)之一。從政策不確定性出發(fā),利用2005年世界銀行營(yíng)商環(huán)境調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),研究中國(guó)企業(yè)產(chǎn)能利用率的影響因素以及政策不確定性如何影響了企業(yè)產(chǎn)能利用率。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):政策不確定性顯著減少了企業(yè)產(chǎn)能利用率。此外,較長(zhǎng)的企業(yè)存續(xù)時(shí)間、較大的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與較多的缺電損失也降低了產(chǎn)能利用率,而較強(qiáng)的企業(yè)融資能力、較長(zhǎng)的管理者任職時(shí)間、較好的企業(yè)間關(guān)系以及較大的企業(yè)人員規(guī)模能夠有效提高產(chǎn)能利用率。從分樣本研究結(jié)果來看,政策不確定性對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)過剩行業(yè)的產(chǎn)能利用率的負(fù)向影響大于非產(chǎn)能過剩行業(yè);對(duì)國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)能利用率的負(fù)向影響大于非國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì);對(duì)非出口企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能利用率的負(fù)向影響大于出口企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:To solve the problem of overcapacity is an important part of China's current economic restructuring. Based on policy uncertainty, using the 2005 World Bank Business Environment Survey data, This paper studies the influencing factors of Chinese enterprises' capacity utilization ratio and how the policy uncertainty affects the enterprise's capacity utilization efficiency. The results show that the policy uncertainty can significantly reduce the enterprise's capacity utilization ratio. In addition, the longer the enterprise's life span, the longer the enterprise's capacity utilization ratio. Greater market competition and more power loss also reduce the utilization rate of production capacity, while strong corporate financing ability, longer tenure of managers, Better inter-firm relationship and larger personnel scale can effectively improve the utilization rate of production capacity. From the results of sample study, the negative impact of policy uncertainty on the utilization rate of industrial excess capacity is greater than that of non-overcapacity industry. The negative influence on the capacity utilization ratio of the state-owned economy is greater than that on the non-state-owned economy, and the negative influence on the productivity utilization rate of the non-export enterprises is greater than that of the export enterprises.
