【摘要】：復(fù)合系統(tǒng)普遍是由具有統(tǒng)一發(fā)展目標(biāo)的不同屬性、不同功能的系統(tǒng)通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)化整合而形成的相對(duì)較復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)具有動(dòng)態(tài)性及相互矛盾性。以黑龍江省地區(qū)為例,將水資源系統(tǒng)與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)和社會(huì)系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,綜合分析復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度的發(fā)展變化特點(diǎn)與規(guī)律。評(píng)價(jià)的過(guò)程中,分別將3個(gè)子系統(tǒng)作為獨(dú)立系統(tǒng),運(yùn)用層次分析法明確評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時(shí)構(gòu)建適用于多元復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)的模型,經(jīng)計(jì)算得到黑龍江省多年內(nèi)水資源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-社會(huì)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度的演變規(guī)律和省內(nèi)各市(地區(qū))之間的差異狀況,并依據(jù)子系統(tǒng)之間的協(xié)調(diào)度差異,并通過(guò)差異化對(duì)比總結(jié)了5個(gè)不同的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展類型。
[Abstract]:The composite system is generally a relatively complex system formed by the different attributes and functions of the system with unified development objectives, and its internal structure is dynamic and contradictory. Take Heilongjiang Province as an example. By combining water resources system with regional economic system and social system, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development and change characteristics and laws of the coordination degree of composite system. In the process of evaluation, three subsystems are regarded as independent systems, respectively. The evaluation index system is defined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). At the same time, a model suitable for the evaluation of coordination degree of multivariate composite system is constructed. The evolution law of coordination degree of water resources, economy and society in Heilongjiang Province and the difference among cities (regions) in Heilongjiang Province are obtained by calculation, and according to the difference of coordination degree among subsystems, Five different types of coordinated development are summarized through differentiation comparison.
