【摘要】：英國公投"脫歐"以及中國城市群穩(wěn)步"擴(kuò)容"雙重背景下,區(qū)域聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果究竟如何,是一個(gè)值得深入探討的問題。本文以1998—2014年中國208個(gè)地級市的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,以合成控制法為工具,檢驗(yàn)并比較了中國2010年長三角城市群擴(kuò)容對整體城市、原位城市和新進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,同時(shí)采用安慰劑法和秩檢驗(yàn)法、迭代法和PSM-DID估計(jì)對上述結(jié)果分別進(jìn)行有效性和穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以文獻(xiàn)梳理、實(shí)地調(diào)研、理論推演為手段,剖析并驗(yàn)證了城市群擴(kuò)容促增長的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,即經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系機(jī)制、產(chǎn)業(yè)分工機(jī)制、市場統(tǒng)一機(jī)制。結(jié)論顯示:2010年長三角擴(kuò)容對整個(gè)城市群的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用。就不同區(qū)域而言,此次擴(kuò)容均顯著促進(jìn)了新進(jìn)城市和原位城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,且對新進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響大于原位城市。就不同內(nèi)在機(jī)理而言,此次擴(kuò)容促增長的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工機(jī)制、市場統(tǒng)一機(jī)制對原位城市與新進(jìn)城市均產(chǎn)生正向的推進(jìn)作用,經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系機(jī)制的作用則是兩極分化,一方面能夠正向促使原位城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,另一方面卻反向延緩新進(jìn)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。本文研究結(jié)論對中國長三角城市群地域邊界劃定、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程推進(jìn)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the British referendum on Brexit and the steady expansion of China's urban agglomerations, the economic effect of the development of regional alliances is a question worthy of further discussion. This paper takes 208 prefecture-level cities in China from 1998 to 2014 as a sample. The effects of the expansion of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration on the economic growth of the whole city, the in-situ city and the newly developed city in 2010 in China were tested and compared with the synthetic control method. At the same time, the placebo method and the rank test method were used. The iterative method and PSM-DID estimate are used to test the validity and robustness of the above results respectively. Based on these results, the inherent mechanism of urban agglomeration expansion and growth is analyzed and verified by means of literature review, field investigation and theoretical deduction. The conclusion shows that in 2010, the expansion of Yangtze River Delta has a significant role in promoting the economic growth of the whole urban agglomeration. This expansion has significantly promoted the economic growth of the newly developed cities and the in-situ cities, and the impact on the economic growth of the newly developed cities is greater than that of the in-situ cities. In terms of different internal mechanisms, the industrial division of labor mechanism promoted the growth by this expansion. The unified market mechanism has a positive effect on both the in-situ cities and the newly developed cities, while the economic linkage mechanism plays a polarizing role. On the one hand, it can positively promote the economic growth of the in-situ cities. On the other hand, the economic growth of the newly developed cities is delayed in reverse. The conclusion of this paper has certain guiding significance for the delineation of the regional boundary of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, the advancement of the economic integration process and the coordinated development of the regional economy.
