【摘要】:企業(yè)的全球化經(jīng)營(yíng)正在改變?nèi)蚪?jīng)濟(jì)的未來(lái)。發(fā)展中國(guó)家的企業(yè)在全球化創(chuàng)新上并沒(méi)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),但仍有部分企業(yè)在探索全球創(chuàng)新研發(fā)道路,如本文的案例企業(yè)——華為。本文分析了以華為公司為代表的高科技創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的全球創(chuàng)新布局及模式選擇,在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面,華為從代理走向自主研發(fā)、由模仿追隨走向國(guó)際先進(jìn)、從國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先走向國(guó)際領(lǐng)先、再?gòu)膰?guó)際先進(jìn)走向全球引領(lǐng),華為在全球價(jià)值鏈中不斷向兩端延伸,不斷將優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)能進(jìn)行全球布局,走出一條獨(dú)特的成功的創(chuàng)新合作全球化之路。
[Abstract]:The global operation of enterprises is changing the future of the global economy. Enterprises in developing countries do not have a competitive advantage in global innovation, but some enterprises are still exploring the path of global innovation and development. For example, Huawei, a case enterprise in this paper, analyzes the global innovation layout and mode selection of high-tech innovative enterprises represented by Huawei. In terms of product innovation and technological innovation, Huawei has moved from agency to independent R & D. From imitation to international advanced, from domestic leading to international leading, and from international advanced to global leading, Huawei in the global value chain continues to extend to both ends, constantly to the global layout of superior capacity, Step out a unique and successful road to globalization of innovation and cooperation.
