【摘要】：中加關(guān)系自1970年雙方建交以來就一直保持著良好的勢(shì)態(tài)，兩國(guó)在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的交往與合作都取得了穩(wěn)定而積極的發(fā)展，沒有出現(xiàn)大的波動(dòng)和嚴(yán)重的消極影響，尤其是中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系，更是取得突破性的發(fā)展。但也正因如此，一些西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，尤其是美日等國(guó)，為了自身單邊利益的需要，在和中國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與加拿大的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系中，制造了不少破壞性因素，使得中加間業(yè)已良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系累積起來越來越多的不確定性，如果對(duì)西方國(guó)家以零和博弈心態(tài)制造的中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的消極因素不加以關(guān)注和排除，中加經(jīng)濟(jì)良好和穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系在將來就可能會(huì)發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的動(dòng)蕩和倒退。 從地緣政治的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性看，日本在扮演中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的消極競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素中顯得非常突出。那么作為鄰國(guó)的日本給中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系到底帶來了怎樣的影響，除了消極影響外，是否也有積極的一面？目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)這一問題的研究幾乎處于空白狀態(tài)。對(duì)近來因取得快速增長(zhǎng)而日顯重要的中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的第三國(guó)因素進(jìn)行研究，不僅可以填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的空白，也希望能給黨和國(guó)家的加拿大外交提供決策的參考依據(jù)，并在雙邊重要經(jīng)濟(jì)外交關(guān)系的研究中，提供一些有價(jià)值的理論支持。 本文從國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，并以國(guó)際關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論為切入點(diǎn)，先對(duì)日本是否會(huì)對(duì)中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系主動(dòng)進(jìn)行影響展開探討，并分析其影響中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的原因與動(dòng)機(jī)，然后以2000年為分水嶺，分兩個(gè)時(shí)間段,主要采用文獻(xiàn)與數(shù)據(jù)分析法，通過對(duì)中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的官方文件和學(xué)術(shù)期刊的相關(guān)研究成果的解讀，總結(jié)、歸納和提煉出中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的日本影響因素。文章主要通過對(duì)中加、日加、中日不同時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，并通過一些具體的例子的驗(yàn)證，成功挖掘出中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系中的日本因素，并在最后就新形勢(shì)下中國(guó)政府應(yīng)如何讓中加經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系更好地發(fā)展提出自己的意見及建議。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Canada in 1970, bilateral relations have maintained a good situation.The exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various fields have achieved steady and positive development, and there have been no major fluctuations and serious negative effects. In particular, Sino-Canadian economic relations have made even more groundbreaking development. But that is why some western developed countries, especially the United States and Japan, are competing with China in their economic relations with Canada for the sake of their own unilateral interests. It has created a lot of destructive factors, resulting in more and more uncertainty accumulated in the already good economic relations between China and Canada. If the negative factors in the Sino-Canadian economic relations created by the Western countries with a zero-sum game mentality are not concerned and excluded, China-Canada economic good and stable relations in the future may occur serious turbulence and retrogression. In terms of geopolitical competitiveness, Japan is very prominent in playing the role of a negative competitive factor in Sino-Canadian economic relations. Well, what kind of influence does Japan, as a neighboring country, bring to Sino-Canadian economic relations, except for the negative ones? Is there a positive side? At present, the research on this issue at home and abroad is almost blank. The study of the third countries' factors that have become increasingly important in the economic relations between China and Canada due to their rapid growth recently can not only fill in the gaps in relevant research at home and abroad. It also hopes to provide a reference basis for the Canadian diplomacy of the Party and the country and provide some valuable theoretical support in the study of the important economic diplomatic relations between the two countries. From the angle of international political economy, and with the relevant theories of international relations as the starting point, this paper first discusses whether Japan will influence the economic relations between China and Canada actively, and analyzes the reasons and motives for its influence on the economic relations between China and Canada. Then take 2000 as the watershed, divides into two time periods, mainly uses the literature and the data analysis method, through the interpretation to the Sino-Canadian economic relations official document and the academic periodical related research result, summarizes, The paper summarizes and abstracts the Japanese influence factors of Sino-Canadian economic relations. The article mainly compares and analyzes the economic data of China and Canada, Japan and Canada, China and Japan in different periods, and verifies by some concrete examples. This paper successfully excavates the Japanese factors in the Sino-Canadian economic relations, and finally puts forward its own opinions and suggestions on how the Chinese government should let the Sino-Canadian economic relations develop better under the new situation.
