【摘要】：文章將綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法與耦合協(xié)同思想相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)中經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、科技與資源環(huán)境四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,提出了相關(guān)系數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、集對(duì)分析和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度綜合測(cè)評(píng)區(qū)域耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的方法。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明:在空間差異上,我國(guó)區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、科技、資源環(huán)境的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展存在明顯的地區(qū)異質(zhì)性,東南沿海地區(qū)耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度較高,西北地區(qū)耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度較低;在時(shí)間演化上,各區(qū)域在耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)不同程度的下滑趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:By combining the method of comprehensive evaluation with the idea of coupling and cooperation, this paper constructs the index system of the development evaluation of four subsystems in the sustainable development system of our country, such as economy, society, science and technology, and resources and environment, and puts forward the standard deviation of correlation coefficient. Set pair Analysis and Coupling Coordination degree Comprehensive Evaluation of Regional coupled and coordinated Development. The empirical results show that: in terms of spatial differences, China's inter-regional economy, society, science and technology, There is obvious regional heterogeneity in the coupling and coordination development of resources and environment. The degree of coupling and coordination development in southeast coastal area is higher than that in northwest area. In the process of coupled and coordinated development, various regions show a downward trend to varying degrees.
