【摘要】：借鑒垂直專門化測度方法,利用2002年及2007年中國地區(qū)投入產(chǎn)出表,測算了30個(gè)省(市、自治區(qū))全行業(yè)、工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力,并分析了其影響因素。結(jié)果表明:(1)從全行業(yè)來看,中部地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力最強(qiáng),其次是西部和東部地區(qū),且各地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力普遍呈下降趨勢;(2)從工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)來看,中部地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力也高于東西部地區(qū),且各地區(qū)也呈下降趨勢;(3)影響地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力的主要因素是對(duì)內(nèi)和對(duì)外開放度以及地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化水平。地方保護(hù)、對(duì)外開放不足和不盡合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等造就了中西部地區(qū)較高的產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力,但它以犧牲專業(yè)化分工所帶來的資源配置效率為代價(jià)而不利于中長期經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。為此,需要進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大對(duì)內(nèi)、對(duì)外開放,促進(jìn)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化,以優(yōu)化地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力。
[Abstract]:By using the vertical specialization measurement method and the input-output tables of China in 2002 and 2007, the paper calculates the industry supporting capacity of 30 provinces (cities and autonomous regions), including the whole industry, industry and service industry. The results show that the central region has the strongest industrial supporting capacity, followed by the western and eastern regions, and the industrial matching capacity of each region is generally in a downward trend) from the point of view of industry and service industry, The industrial supporting capacity of the central region is also higher than that of the eastern and western regions, and the trend of decline in each region is: (3) the main factors affecting the supporting capacity of the industries in the region are the degree of internal and external opening and the rationalization level of the regional industrial structure, and the local protection, The lack of opening to the outside world and unreasonable industrial structure have resulted in higher industrial supporting capacity in the central and western regions, but at the expense of the efficiency of resource allocation brought about by the specialized division of labor, it is not conducive to medium and long term economic growth. It is necessary to further expand the opening to the outside world and promote the rationalization of regional industrial structure in order to optimize the regional industrial supporting capacity.
