【摘要】：陸域經(jīng)濟(jì)與海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依存，互為支撐。海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開陸域經(jīng)濟(jì)，需要陸域經(jīng)濟(jì)的支持，同樣地，，陸域經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也離不開海洋資源與空間的支持。本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)論、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型兩種方法定性、定量地對山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)與海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析研究。提升與完善藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)，針對存在的問題對山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展提出一些完善的建議。最后對煙臺地區(qū)陸海聯(lián)動(dòng)展開案例分析。 本文第一章首先介紹陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)內(nèi)涵、陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)和海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念，及海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的特殊特點(diǎn)，再者，闡述陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的效果與意義。然后基于后文需要，簡單介紹一下傳統(tǒng)的陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)分類方法，并根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)方法延伸、提出海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)新的劃分方法及提出的依據(jù)；第二章，本文首先以系統(tǒng)論為指導(dǎo)，從系統(tǒng)三個(gè)基本特點(diǎn)相關(guān)性、多元性和整體性闡述陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)性質(zhì)以及產(chǎn)生聯(lián)動(dòng)的基本原因，然后對陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行具體研究。第三章，本文運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)學(xué)模型，通過定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，探索與海洋主要產(chǎn)業(yè)有密切關(guān)聯(lián)的各層陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)，從而揭示陸海兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)之間的密切聯(lián)系。本文的第四章構(gòu)建藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)，并針對系統(tǒng)中存在問題及不完善之處提出完善建議。最后，本文以煙臺地區(qū)陸海產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀與存在問題進(jìn)行案例分析，對煙臺地區(qū)更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與陸域產(chǎn)業(yè)的聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展提出了一些具體建議。
[Abstract]:Land economy and marine economy depend on each other and support each other. The development of marine economy can not be separated from land economy and needs the support of land economy. The sustainable development of land economy is also inseparable from the support of marine resources and space. This paper analyzes and studies the linkage development of land industry and marine industry in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, and promotes and consummates the land and sea industry system of the blue economic zone. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward some perfect suggestions for the development of the land-sea industry linkage in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. Finally, the case study on the land-sea linkage in Yantai area is carried out. The first chapter of this paper first introduces the connotation of land and sea industry linkage, the concept of land and sea industry, and the special characteristics of marine industry. Furthermore, it expounds the effect and significance of land and sea industry linkage. This paper briefly introduces the traditional classification method of land and sea industry, and according to the extension of the traditional method, puts forward a new division method of marine industry and the basis of it. Chapter two, under the guidance of the system theory, this paper analyzes the correlation of the three basic characteristics of the system. This paper expounds the systematic nature of the land and sea industry linkage and the basic reasons for the interaction, and then studies the mechanism of the land and sea industry linkage. Chapter three, this paper uses the grey relational mathematical model. Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper explores various land industries closely related to the major marine industries, In order to reveal the close relationship between the land and sea industrial systems. Chapter 4th of this paper constructs the land-sea industrial system of the blue economic zone, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the problems and imperfections in the system. This paper analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of the linkage development of land and sea industries in Yantai area, and puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to better realize the linkage development of marine industry and land industry in Yantai area.
