【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的大幅度提升,中國積極融入國際社會(huì),主動(dòng)塑造周邊安全環(huán)境,維護(hù)世界和地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定。中國參與國際事務(wù)和塑造國際制度的能力不斷增強(qiáng),是中國國力日益強(qiáng)盛的必然趨勢,也是維護(hù)中國國家利益,尤其是海外利益的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。中國是亞太地區(qū)最重要的國家之一,與亞太國家是一榮共榮、一損俱損的關(guān)系。為確保中國自身發(fā)展以及該地區(qū)的繁榮,中國在該地區(qū)的海外利益保護(hù)亟待加強(qiáng)。本文將從中國在亞太地區(qū)的海外利益現(xiàn)狀,APEC框架下中國維護(hù)海外利益的具體措施和APEC框架下中國進(jìn)一步拓展海外利益的路徑選擇三部分具體闡述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economic strength, China has actively integrated into the international community and taken the initiative to shape the surrounding security environment. Safeguarding world and regional peace and stability, and China's ability to participate in international affairs and shape the international system is an inevitable trend of China's growing national strength and also a safeguard of China's national interests. Especially the practical needs of overseas interests. China is one of the most important countries in the Asia-Pacific region. It is a prosperous and mutually damaging relationship with the Asia-Pacific countries. In order to ensure China's own development and the prosperity of the region, It is urgent to strengthen the protection of China's overseas interests in the region. This article will discuss the specific measures to safeguard the overseas interests of China under the framework of APEC and China's further expansion of overseas interests under the framework of APEC, in the light of the present situation of China's overseas interests in the Asia-Pacific region. The three parts of path selection are elaborated in detail.
