【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的大幅度提升,中國(guó)積極融入國(guó)際社會(huì),主動(dòng)塑造周邊安全環(huán)境,維護(hù)世界和地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定。中國(guó)參與國(guó)際事務(wù)和塑造國(guó)際制度的能力不斷增強(qiáng),是中國(guó)國(guó)力日益強(qiáng)盛的必然趨勢(shì),也是維護(hù)中國(guó)國(guó)家利益,尤其是海外利益的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。中國(guó)是亞太地區(qū)最重要的國(guó)家之一,與亞太國(guó)家是一榮共榮、一損俱損的關(guān)系。為確保中國(guó)自身發(fā)展以及該地區(qū)的繁榮,中國(guó)在該地區(qū)的海外利益保護(hù)亟待加強(qiáng)。本文將從中國(guó)在亞太地區(qū)的海外利益現(xiàn)狀,APEC框架下中國(guó)維護(hù)海外利益的具體措施和APEC框架下中國(guó)進(jìn)一步拓展海外利益的路徑選擇三部分具體闡述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economic strength, China has actively integrated into the international community and taken the initiative to shape the surrounding security environment. Safeguarding world and regional peace and stability, and China's ability to participate in international affairs and shape the international system is an inevitable trend of China's growing national strength and also a safeguard of China's national interests. Especially the practical needs of overseas interests. China is one of the most important countries in the Asia-Pacific region. It is a prosperous and mutually damaging relationship with the Asia-Pacific countries. In order to ensure China's own development and the prosperity of the region, It is urgent to strengthen the protection of China's overseas interests in the region. This article will discuss the specific measures to safeguard the overseas interests of China under the framework of APEC and China's further expansion of overseas interests under the framework of APEC, in the light of the present situation of China's overseas interests in the Asia-Pacific region. The three parts of path selection are elaborated in detail.
