【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資已成為各國(guó)參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要方式,并且成為推動(dòng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。通過(guò)對(duì)外直接投資不僅可以使資源在全球范圍內(nèi)得到更加合理的配置,還可以推動(dòng)科學(xué)技術(shù)在國(guó)家間的迅速傳播與發(fā)展。一直以來(lái),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)都是一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要議題,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)可以通過(guò)資源和要素在國(guó)際間的流動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)現(xiàn),而進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資已成為推動(dòng)一國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的重要路徑。通過(guò)對(duì)外直接投資,一國(guó)可以獲得國(guó)外先進(jìn)的技術(shù),加快本國(guó)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,加速產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與升級(jí)。近年來(lái),我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資迅速增加,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響深遠(yuǎn),其意義不僅在于為我國(guó)企業(yè)尋求原材料、開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)、獲取先進(jìn)技術(shù)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)以提升我國(guó)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,更是推動(dòng)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)、促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。在此背景下,本文回顧了對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)影響的相關(guān)理論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹了對(duì)外直接投資促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步分析了對(duì)外直接投資通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新這一中介效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響機(jī)制,并結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)狀通過(guò)構(gòu)建計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型,將理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合,研究我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響。首先,本文選取2003-2011年我國(guó)各省份的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)二者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)分析,再引入技術(shù)創(chuàng)新這一中介變量,考察我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資能否通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新這一中介變量促進(jìn)我國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。結(jié)果顯示：我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的確可以通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)我國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),但這種促進(jìn)作用還有待提高,并且東部的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)效應(yīng)要大于中西部地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, foreign direct investment has become an important way for countries to participate in international competition. And has become an important force in promoting global economic development. Through foreign direct investment, not only can resources be allocated more rationally around the world, but also science and technology can be promoted to spread and develop rapidly among countries. The upgrading of industrial structure is an important topic for a country's economic development. The upgrading of industrial structure can be realized through the flow and transfer of resources and elements in the international community. Foreign direct investment has become an important way to promote the upgrading of a country's industrial structure. Through foreign direct investment, a country can acquire advanced foreign technology and speed up its own technological innovation. In recent years, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) has increased rapidly, which has a profound impact on China's economic development. Its significance lies not only in seeking raw materials for Chinese enterprises, but also in opening up international markets. The acquisition of advanced technology and management experience to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises is an important engine to promote the upgrading of our industrial structure and the development of our economy. This paper reviews the theory of the influence of FDI on the upgrading of industrial structure, and then introduces the mechanism of FDI promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the mechanism of FDI's influence on industrial structure upgrading through the intermediary effect of technological innovation, and combines the theory with the empirical analysis by constructing econometric model in the light of the present situation of China. This paper studies the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the upgrading of China's industrial structure through technological innovation. Firstly, this paper selects the relevant data of China's provinces from 2003 to 2011. This paper examines and analyzes the relationship between China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and industrial structural upgrading, and then introduces the intermediary variable of technological innovation. The result shows that China's foreign direct investment can promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure through technological innovation. But the promotion effect needs to be improved, and the upgrading effect of industrial structure in the east is greater than that in the central and western regions.
