【摘要】：近年來,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群展現(xiàn)出蓬勃的發(fā)展勢頭和旺盛的生命力,成為帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。地方政府紛紛出臺一系列產(chǎn)業(yè)集群政策,建立并保持產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競爭優(yōu)勢。然而,在推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的過程中,由于缺少數(shù)據(jù)的支撐,“兩難”或“多難”問題時(shí)有發(fā)生。基于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在推進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要地位與作用,論文簡要介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展和大數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)概念、基本理論,以及福建工商大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用實(shí)踐、福建省產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展歷程,論述了工商行政管理(以下簡稱“工商”)大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)以及應(yīng)用價(jià)值。在福建工商大數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,利用大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析方法,研究福建省紡織化纖產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展情況、企業(yè)存活狀況和主導(dǎo)力量變化。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明,福建省紡織化纖產(chǎn)業(yè)基本上形成了長樂、晉江、石獅三個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,永安市、尤溪縣、長汀縣等地的紡織化纖業(yè)也己具備一定的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群基礎(chǔ)；產(chǎn)業(yè)集群能夠提升企業(yè)的生存能力,推遲企業(yè)死亡高峰期的到來,從而提高企業(yè)的存活率；通過對比分析長樂、晉江、石獅三個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的所有制結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)各產(chǎn)業(yè)集群近幾年的主導(dǎo)力量均有所變化,呈現(xiàn)出來的共同特征可概括為：外商投資企業(yè)的比重持續(xù)下降,私營企業(yè)推動作用越來越明顯,國有及國有控股企業(yè)所起到的推動作用微乎其微。最后,論文就如何運(yùn)用工商大數(shù)據(jù)推進(jìn)福建產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè),提出了樹立“大數(shù)據(jù)”思維,在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群決策中以數(shù)據(jù)說話,促進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)資源的公開、共享,及時(shí)調(diào)整政策,引導(dǎo)社會公眾理性投資的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, industrial clusters have shown vigorous development momentum and vitality, and become an important force to promote regional economic development. Local governments have issued a series of industrial cluster policies. To establish and maintain the competitive advantage of industrial clusters. However, in the process of promoting the development of industrial clusters, Because of the lack of data support, the "dilemma" or "more difficult" problems occur from time to time. Based on the important position and role of industrial cluster in promoting regional economic development, the paper briefly introduces the related concepts and basic theories of industrial cluster development and big data. As well as the application practice of Fujian Industrial and Commercial big data, the development course of Fujian industrial cluster, the applied foundation and application value of the industrial and commercial administration (hereinafter referred to as "industry and commerce"), the paper discusses the application basis and applied value of the industrial and commercial administration in Fujian province. By using big data's mining and analysis method, this paper studies the development of textile and chemical fiber industry cluster in Fujian Province, the survival status of enterprises and the change of leading power. The empirical analysis results show that the textile chemical fiber industry in Fujian Province has basically formed Changle, Jinjiang, The textile and chemical fiber industry in Shishi's three industrial clusters, Yongan, Youxi and Changting counties, also has a certain industrial cluster foundation; industrial clusters can enhance the viability of enterprises and delay the arrival of the peak period of enterprise death. Through the comparative analysis of the ownership structure of Changle, Jinjiang and Shishi industrial clusters, it is found that the dominant forces of each industrial cluster have changed in recent years. The common features presented can be summarized as follows: the proportion of foreign-invested enterprises continues to decline, the role of private enterprises is becoming more and more obvious, and the role of state-owned and state-holding enterprises is minimal. On how to use industrial and commercial big data to promote the construction of Fujian industrial cluster, the paper puts forward the idea of "big data", using data to speak in the decision-making of industrial cluster, promoting the openness, sharing and timely adjustment of data resources. The countermeasures and suggestions to guide the rational investment of the public.
