【摘要】：資源型城市的主導產(chǎn)業(yè)為資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)。這些城市因資源豐富而迅速發(fā)展，也因資源枯竭而發(fā)展緩慢。眾多資源型城市當下面臨的首要任務就是如何在資源逐漸枯竭前順利完成經(jīng)濟的成功轉型，，實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以唐山市作為經(jīng)濟轉型案例，探討其如何進行接替產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇，希望最終結論能為唐山市經(jīng)濟轉型提供決策幫助，也為其他資源型城市進行接替產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇提供幫助。 唐山是一座沿海重工業(yè)城市。東接秦皇島，南近渤海，北依燕山，西臨北京、天津，是東北和華北的重要連接地。煤炭、鐵礦資源豐富，然而因其對資源的高度依賴，近年來出現(xiàn)了資源型城市特有的問題。經(jīng)濟轉型迫在眉睫。 本文運用了定性結合定量分析、理論結合實際分析的研究方法，對唐山地區(qū)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值結構、就業(yè)結構、比較勞動生產(chǎn)率以及產(chǎn)業(yè)空間結構、規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展情況進行了分析，得出唐山市三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結構失調、空間布局分散、低技術含量傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)占主體等特征，引發(fā)了經(jīng)濟畸形發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品品種單一、環(huán)境污染嚴重、地表塌陷頻發(fā)等問題。進而得出接替產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的必然性。以接替產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇原則為基準，采用因子分析法對19個行業(yè)的8項指標進行求解，計算出綜合得分并排名，提出以機械、儀器儀表、交通運輸設備制造業(yè)等作為唐山市接替產(chǎn)業(yè)群的首選產(chǎn)業(yè)。論文最后兩章對未來唐山市接替產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了SWOT分析，提出制定接替產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃、加強接替產(chǎn)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、強化接替產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新等對策建議。
[Abstract]:The leading industries of resource - based cities are resource - based industries . These cities are developing slowly because of their rich resources . The first task of many resource - based cities is how to successfully transform the economy before the resources are exhausted , and realize sustainable development . In this paper , taking Tangshan as a case of economic transformation , this paper discusses how to make decision - making assistance for the economic transformation of Tangshan City , and to help other resource - based cities to take over industry selection . Tangshan is a coastal heavy industrial city . The east connects Qinhuangdao to the Bohai Sea . It is an important connecting ground in the northeast and north China . Coal and iron ore are rich in resources . However , because of its high dependence on resources , there have been problems of resource - based cities in recent years . Economic transformation is imminent . This paper analyzes the output value structure , the employment structure , the comparative labor productivity , the industrial space structure and the industrial enterprise development of the three industries in Tangshan area by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis , and analyzes the development of industrial enterprises in Tangshan City .
