【摘要】：馬克思關(guān)于市場供求關(guān)系借以發(fā)生作用的基礎(chǔ),以及所有制對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)起決定作用的原理,對于研究社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)具有重要的方法論指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。照搬西方資產(chǎn)階級經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),必然弄不清經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡的真正原因,也不可能提出調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的科學(xué)方法。要科學(xué)地調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),在理論指導(dǎo)上就必須堅(jiān)持馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。只要堅(jiān)決調(diào)整所有制結(jié)構(gòu)的失衡,堅(jiān)持公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)占主體地位,充分發(fā)揮國有經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)作用,并同時(shí)采取多方面的調(diào)節(jié)措施,包括發(fā)揮好市場調(diào)節(jié)的作用,就能較快糾正目前的產(chǎn)能過剩和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡問題。
[Abstract]:Marx's theory on the basis of market supply and demand and the principle that ownership plays a decisive role in industrial structure has important methodological guiding value for the study of socialist market economy. It is inevitable that we cannot understand the real causes of the imbalance of economic structure, nor can we put forward a scientific method of structural adjustment. In order to adjust the structure scientifically, we must adhere to Marxist economics under the guidance of theory, so long as we resolutely adjust the imbalance of the ownership structure, By insisting on the dominant position of the public ownership economy, giving full play to the leading role of the state-owned economy, and taking various adjustment measures at the same time, including the role of market regulation, we can quickly correct the problems of overcapacity and imbalance of industrial structure.
