【摘要】：代際收入流動(dòng)指子輩收入在多大程度上由其父輩的收入決定,反映了一個(gè)社會(huì)的機(jī)會(huì)平等程度,關(guān)系到公眾及政府對(duì)當(dāng)前收入分配現(xiàn)狀的認(rèn)知和評(píng)價(jià)以及相應(yīng)公共政策的制定。本文利用中國(guó)健康與營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查(CHNS)數(shù)據(jù),分析了1997—2011年中國(guó)代際收入的流動(dòng)性現(xiàn)狀以及子輩和父輩收入地位差異的決定因素。研究表明,1997—2011年間代際收入依賴性呈現(xiàn)先增加后下降再上升的"N"型趨勢(shì)。此外,基于次序Logit模型,分群體檢驗(yàn)了人力資本和社會(huì)資本對(duì)子輩和父輩收入地位差異的影響,結(jié)果表明,相對(duì)于高收入群體的子女,低收入群體的子女除了較低的人力資本外,還具有較低的人力資本及社會(huì)資本回報(bào)率。為了緩解收入差距的代際傳遞,除了繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大對(duì)教育的公共支出外,還需針對(duì)不同的收入群體制定差異化的公共政策,特別是要加強(qiáng)對(duì)低收入群體的教育補(bǔ)貼,同時(shí)保障勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)公平、公正。
[Abstract]:Intergenerational income mobility determined by their parents filial income income in a large extent, reflects the level of social equality of opportunity, to develop relations between the public and the government cognition and evaluation on the current situation of income distribution and the corresponding public policy. Chinese health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) data, this paper analyzes the 1997 - 2011 China intergenerational income mobility status and differences in the children and the parents income status factors. The results show that 1997 - 2011 years of intergenerational income dependence first decreased and then increased the tendency of "N". In addition, the order based on the Logit model, divided into groups to test the influence on human capital, difference social capital and income generation and their parents status. The results showed that compared to the high income groups of children, low-income children in addition to low human capital, but also has low human capital and The social capital return rate. In order to alleviate the intergenerational income gap, in addition to continuing to expand the public expenditure on education, but also need the public policy differences for different income groups, especially to strengthen the education of low-income groups, subsidies, and the protection of the labor market fairness and justice.
