【摘要】：蒙古國(guó)"發(fā)展之路"計(jì)劃是基于"草原之路"計(jì)劃在中蒙兩國(guó)之間形成共識(shí)的新提法,其基本內(nèi)涵沒(méi)有改變。作為"一帶一路"北線(xiàn)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),蒙古國(guó)是中國(guó)需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)合作的主要對(duì)象。"一帶一路"倡議與"發(fā)展之路"計(jì)劃對(duì)接具有良好的合作基礎(chǔ),符合中蒙雙邊利益。推進(jìn)"一帶一路"與"發(fā)展之路"對(duì)接,不僅可以促進(jìn)"一帶一路"建設(shè),而且可為我國(guó)營(yíng)造北部安全環(huán)境提供保障。然而,蒙古國(guó)國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面的取向?qū)?一帶一路"與"發(fā)展之路"對(duì)接具有消極影響。
[Abstract]:The Mongolian "Road to Development" program is based on the new formulation of the "Prairie Road" program, which has formed a consensus between China and Mongolia, and its basic connotation has not changed. As an important node of the "Belt and Road" Northern Line, Mongolia is the main object of China's need to further strengthen its cooperation. The "Belt and Road" initiative has a good foundation for cooperation with the "Road to Development" program, which is in line with the bilateral interests of China and Mongolia. It can not only promote the construction of "Belt and Road", but also provide a guarantee for China to create a security environment in the north. However, Mongolia's national security strategy is political and economic. The orientation of culture has a negative influence on the docking of Belt and Road and the road of development.
